It only took him about ten minutes to locate the problem. He replaced a wire under the house that a chipmunk or squirrel had chewed up. Brand Heating and Air has serve me well again. Kelby A from Brand Heating and air conditioning came over this morning to do the annual A/C checkup. He took his time and checked everything. He provided a highly detailed receipt that covered all work performed and System Measurements that covered the Heating unit blower system, cooling unit and evaporator.We are extremely pleased with his work, his willingness to answer all our questions and his warm and friendly demeanor. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall when Brand will check and tuneup the heating system.
