He help me since the time that I call very early this sartuday morning until the time I left the store with my refrigerator.

I took my father to the Brandsmart Outlet on 441 in Hollywood thinking we would be saving ourselves some money. Come to find out that this store just likes to rip people off. You may think you're getting a great deal but in actuality they are robbing you. We picked out a refrigerator side by side, it did not have a price on it. When the sales woman came to help us she quoted a higher price, once we checked out she stated that it was cheaper than she thought it was. By the time we checked out we had spent an additional $300 over sales price.
Just for [redacted] & giggles, I decided to take my father to the Sawgrass Brandsmart just to compare to see if it would be worth buying a new one for the amount that we paid at the scratch,dent & refurbished outlet. Come to find out that the same exact refrigerator, brand new, was exactly the same price as the one as in the outlet and we didn't need to purchase a warranty or any additional pieces.
Save yourself the trouble and just go directly to the regular store!

I have been trying to buy a $1700 TV (Samsung un48js9000), your website will not take paypal even though it says you do, I called the corporate office 5 times and was told a different solution each time with no results. I called the Doraville location and manager would not come to phone or return a phone call in a timely fashion. I told a salesman that couldn't get a manager to come to the phone that I was getting bad customer service and he said yeah your right our customer service is bad. I finally call back to corporate office and was told that I was just out of luck and that there was no manager above her that I could talk to and that if I wanted to buy the tv today I would have to use another form of payment or buy from someone else. This is not acceptable. It is 4pm and I've been trying to buy this tv from you for 5 hrs. Brandsmart never offered me any type of solution.

Purchased an I Pad was told I would get a call in 3 days to a week, no call went up there 9 days later the manager over the IPad area Louis told me it takes 2 to 3 weeks. So I asked for a refund, ask him another question as he answered he turned his head and walk away. The cashier didn't even speak when I walk up to her I had to speak to her first. Even if I'm spending a dollar I would like to be treated with respect.

We would like to commend the following people at Brandsmart for doing an exceptional job and providing outstanding customer service. Tech, [redacted] Tech, [redacted] Manager, [redacted] Manager, [redacted] and Supervisor, [redacted] On December 26, 2014, my wife and I purchased an LG front washer and dryer. On July 1, 2015, 6 months later, the washer would not work on the spin cycle. I contacted Brandsmart to replace the washer. Since it was less than a year old, it was still under LG's warranty. Brandsmart sent [redacted] to repair the machine. He contacted LG's tech support for a solution. The tech told [redacted] to order new shocks but he didn't know if it would fix the problem. I contacted LG's customer service and talked to a supervisor who said that 3 repair attempts were necessary before the washer would be replaced. This was their company policy. [redacted] came back with the shocks and installed them and it didn't work. He called LG's tech support again and they told him to replace the computer board. Brandsmart sent [redacted] to replace the computer board and it didn't work. [redacted] called LG's tech support again and he was told to change the motor and the shaft. [redacted] came back and replaced the motor and the shaft and it still did't work. He called LG's tech support again and they told him to change the shaft again. I said no because they had tried 3 repairs and their policy was to exchange the washer. I called customer service and they asked me to fax the original receipt and they would start the process to replace the washer. I was given a claim number and I faxed the receipt to them when I got off the phone. Keep in mind that the washer stopped working on July 1, 2015 and we received authorization from LG to Brandsmart on August 24, 2015 to pick out another washer. We had alot of dirty clothes. My wife and I went to the Stockbridge Brandsmart store to discover that our model was no longer available. [redacted] was excellent. Thanks [redacted]. I had been talking to [redacted] Manager, at the Brandssmart Distribution Center the entire time. [redacted] would call twice daily to inform me of the shipping status of the parts and the scheduling of the repairs. When we left the Stockbridge store we had a replacement washer that had a different door and didn't match the dryer. It was late evening when we returned and I left [redacted] a message that the doors did not match on the washer and dryer and to call me with any ideas. [redacted] called the next day and informed us that he had talked to LG and they were sending him a new washer that was our model number. He did this on his own and it was a great surprise. [redacted] said that LG would ship it and it should arrive on September 1st or the 2nd, 2015. [redacted] called me on August 28, 2015, to let me know that he would be out of the office when the washer arrived at the distribution center but he had given all of the information to Supervisor, [redacted] Thank you [redacted] I called [redacted] on September 2, 2015 to get an update on the new washer. [redacted] informed me that he received it 20 minutes earlier. He set the deliver date for the next day, September 3, 2015. The new washer was delivered on September 3, 2015. Thanks to all the Brandsmart people listed above for doing an outstanding job and above what was expected of them. Dr. [redacted] and [redacted]

I am utterly disgusted and irate at the way Brandsmart handled the delivery of my Washer Dryer and fridge . I was given a time for the delivery on a week day but the delivery was made to the wrong property. on asking they said it was their mistake. Then the delivery was rescheduled to weekend and given a time between 11am to 2pm. At 1:56 p when I called the delivery department , they told me that I was added on to their delivery and that my delivery was delayed by another three hours and I should be waiting for that. Upon speaking with the assistant manger which was a hassle to get hold of unless you are persistant , but the manager was very indifferent to my plea and mentioned that he had no control of the delivery department. As a customer one would expect Brandsmart USA to keep the customer satisfied until the merchandise reaches the home of the customer, but they stop caring IMMEDIATELY after the SALE has been made. I want to be comsumer who wants this apathy of theirs changed and restore customer satisfaction instead of leaving customers at the mercy of their delivery time and not valuing time of their customer. They compensate the time lost by the their customer each time the delivery is delayed without giving information to their customer and start valuing and respecting the customer. That will be true service. As for me , I will NEVER shop Brandsmart USA ever.

I bought a revo surveillance unit a year ago for $1200.00 I also purchased the extended warranty, less than two months after installation four of the ten cameras were not working. Since then I have made multiple trips and phone calls to the Brandsmart and to Revo trying to get the cameras replaced. No one appears to be able to help. On one call I was transferred 11 times each of the 11 people told me something different. One person told me to take out the surveillance unit and return it to the store. I asked for the Brandsmart manager and no one knew his name, they called him [redacted] Now I am stuck with a surveillance camera that does not work. DO NOT SHOP AT BRANDSMART ESPECIALLY THE ONEIN DORAVILLE GEORGIA

I will never return to the Deerfield location. The staff at the credit booth made fun of me because I didn't get approved for credit. "I spent over 1000 dollars at that location. When I called in to complain about it, the person on the line nicely told me that I was lying... Aweful customer service. Great product but I will never feel comfortable going there.

On Sunday nite 4/10 my KitchenAid refrigerator, bought at BrandsMart in 2013 with extended warranty, was leaking...on my wood floor. The fridge could not be moved to turn off water. Dried floor best as could, left towels around bottom. Next am at 7:30 called for service and then began my odyssey. Explained issue and was told to call back. Called back and told someone would call me to schedule; two days and multiple calls back finally am told of could not schedule until 4/19! If you buy a BrandsMart appliance, do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase their warranty. They do not care about the customer once you take the merchandise out of their store. Their systems, call in, follow up, are set up to frustrate customers.
On a good note, have to say that while BrandsMart product'/sevice is not customer friendly, they have hired some very polite and kind people. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], thank you for sharing frustrations with me.

I bought a washer and dryer (hotpoint) and when I was using it Started to shake n ratted n stop n go and its very, very , very loud. and the dryer all it is just heat. nothing special about it. I was hoping for a great pair but I was very disappointed . And when called brand smart XXX-XXX-XXXX and I told them my situation they was very very very rude and hang up on me 3 times be four someone that has good customer servers talk to me. I was just tried of all the turn around with this company , all I wanted so a REFUND. Iam very very DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. EVER AGAIN WILL GET ANYTHING WITH BRAND SMART OR HOTPOINT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a purchase in November. The delivery person was rude & nasty. He damaged my walls in my home as well as the appliances I purchased. Contacted the store they sent me straight to voicemail. It took over a month before I got a response. Only to be told for the damage to my applicances I need to contact the store manager to see if they will give me credit for the damage. For the repairs to my walls they had some jackleg guy to call me. he has to be somebody at the store friend or something. I still have not received a resolution to my problem and refuse to deal with the unprofessional customer service representative Shayla Sims Holmes. I guess now my only solution is to seek legal representation to assist me with this matter and never buy anything from them again.

I go to the Brandsmart on Buford Georgia, and I have to say I was VERY pleased with all the help my family and I were given. We bought a SONY 4K television and within 6 months our television stopped working. We payed over $5,500 for this TV and were very upset to find that this product stopped working. The technician came in and said it would be about another 6-8 weeks in order to fully repair it (at this point it had already been 2 weeks). Here is where [redacted] the manager of the television department, came in to help us. [redacted] was amazing in helping us sort out this problem. He not only sped up the process, but he actually went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. He got an approval for us in order to replace our whole television (upgrade to a newer version of the 4k) because we werent satisfied of the tv that we just spend $5,500 on, and the fact that this tv didnt feel reliable to us anymore considering it stopped working just after 6 months. [redacted] truly cares about his customers, and we need more men like him. He didnt feel just like any other person at that store, he spoke to us in a manner as if he was our friend. This man is SO genuine and has a very kind heart. I am pleased to say that because of him, he made our whole experience as customers at brandsmart a great one!! [redacted] if you are reading this, thank you so much for all your help. My family and I truly appreciate all that you did for us.

Not happy with them at all ! they would not honor a price that was printed on a mailer I received over the weekend...they claim it does not start until President's Day weekend but the printed dates only state - prices good thru Feb 20th - floor manager would not honor the $ 4 dollar difference. Believe me its not the money but the bait and switch. NO WAY on that flyer shows when prices are valid - just when its good till. I have not bought an item at BM ever since they sold me a camcorder and it turned out to be used - just repackaged like new - 17 years ago !!!!!!!! buyer beware !!! stick with the big boys like Best Buy - HHGregg even if it cost more - they price match anyways :)

On early Dec 31 of 2016 , I bought 4 3D VR, to be pick up at the store located on Sawgrass Mill, Sunrise City. I wait for my confirmation email, never got one or any text message, I call the main number on Sat afternoon and they transferred my call to that store they hung up 2 times on me. I call again the customer service representative and toll me I can go pick up Monday , still no confirmation email or text message, I show up to the he store , they say don't have in store come back tomorrow Tuesday, again I went there and toll me they will cancel my order , cause they out of stock, why do they didn't call , text or email me. BAD, BAD customer services, BAD, what do I will tell my kids?? Brand smart USA screw up. Really Disappointed.

Worse customer service of any retailer I have ever dealt with. Sent me the wrong product and 1 week later I'm still sitting on my floor waiting for my correct couch to be delivered. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager but that's a bigger waste of my time. I would never shop at brandsmart again.

Brandsmart policy is SELL SELL SELL and once its sold their job is finished. If there is a problem afterwards brace yourself their customer service is not there to help, It's a hassle. you are passed around different agents explaining over and over your problem, put on hold for ever, disconnected and start the process again, probably hoping the customer gives up before anything is done.
I bought a washer and dryer on a Friday night and got them delivered on Monday morning, however there was a problem with installation and it took several phone calls, 2 visits and a whole week to get it fix, and extra delivery charge when the problem was originated by them..........
