Furthermore their response does not specify to whom the requested documents should be sent, but  I have attached the emails that I have already sent to them.The simple fact is  On April 9, 2014 I was not impressed with Branza performance. I contacted [redacted] and told her that I would be evaluating their performance and until I had concrete results they were NOT to renew this "campaign".   I have underlined the email to [redacted] on 4/9/14 directing her not to automatically renew my ad until we see results. Review: A sales representative from Branza called and claimed to be "working with Google" and have this great promotion about getting me listed on Google and other 30 search engines as #1 site. I initially did not want to sign up, but he kept on going about how great the deal was and got a manager approval to sweeten the deal. So I signed up for the package, which he claimed to be the best they offered and included everything. I gave my credit card information to sign up. About a week has gone by, I heard nothing back. So I decided to call them to find out what the status was since I tried googling my own business and saw nothing. A representative named [redacted] answered and claimed to be my account manager. I explained to her the situation and expressed my frustration. She did a quick check and told me that my ad was up on Google. I checked again using the same exact method. There it was! My business appeared to be a sponsored ad on Google, not the way the sale person promised. [redacted] then told me I only have a very small budget on the ad. Basically a few clicks a month would already eat up the budget and I would have to wait until another month, unless I upgrade to a higher package. But wait, I was promised I already had the best package they offered. Where is this higher package coming from? I told [redacted] that. She basically told me that I had the lowest package they offer and there is nothing she could do to help me out. I was really upset at that point and told her that I wanted to cancel my service. I got a cancellation confirmation email about 3~4 months ago. However, as of today, they still haven't refunded my money yet. Occasionally, a manager named [redacted] would call and tried to get me to sign up for service again. But when I told him about my situation, he would hang up.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my initial cost and one month of service fees because they did not do anything for me.

That being said we did run an adwords campaign for this customer and placement was found by the customer on the first page using keywords related to his industry. This type of advertisement is proven to generate more business for our customers which is our main goal. We also built the customer a custom website (http://www.grandgarden-usa.com/) which is included in the price the customer paid. We have statistics that show the customer was receiving clicks and impressions that does cost us our company money. We feel no refund is due based off what we did provide in regards to service but are more than willing to realign the customers expectations and see if we can get them some business. Please advise. They randomly created a website without even consulting with me on the contents or ideas. It was the most generic template they had. Their website didn't even had anything regarding my company's backgrounds or relevant information. They had the worst service when I called them to confront them on the ad's and the website. There was nothing on google when I searched. But after I called, they quickly put something up. It just didn't work out that way. They didn't care about their customers and were just out to get money. When I cancelled my service, they sent me a confirmation email. But no refund was given as of today yet.

We certainly care for our customers and have no problem addressing the issues the customer has concerning the overall experience. We can make the appropriate corrections in the areas of concern and move forward. That being said, we have done a significant amount of work and again are willing to show the customer how it can generate business in the event the customer is willing to be open to the practices we have seen work.

Review: Over a year ago I was contacted by [redacted] from Branza.com. He introduced himself as a Google Local and map builder and warrantee my partner and I many things that till today are not true. He claimed that by accepting his services we'd be on the top three businesses listed on google and that our business would increase 10x more. So far we've only gotten random clicks coming in from Google and a mirror website of my business created by him with images and content of other people. I've tried to contact him and the whole team over at Branza and their responses are always very vague and not really to what I am looking for. If I had known the situation would have been as is I would rather not do or encourage anyone else to do business with them. The times you call Branza they always make you wait and then tell you that a representative would be calling you soon and it never happens. Then you try again and your account manager is on vacation. Then you try to email them and the responses are not what you expect. They keep saying give me a few days and those few days have turned into months of waiting and no productive results.Desired Settlement: I would really like a complete refund as we haven't gotten any progress nor new clients from the sources as they advertised and promised after we started using their services. Mind you they promised a lot more business and clients as well as calls and till now barely about 10 people from google find our business per month.

This customer signed up for Map Placement on Google, which we provided. We have sent this customer several emails, one in particular that had screen shots of his 1st page ranking with keywords in the area of his business. The customer also states that he has had no business from the advertising but in the same sentence states that he is being found by 10 potential customers a month from Google. Below is the last email that we sent to the customer so he knew what type of positioning he current has, again with screen shots:

Review: In the month of March 2014 we were contacted by a marketing company called Branza Inc. We were informed by the sales man that the service would cost 199.99 a month and it was a month to month basis and that what they provided was a service that would make your business the top on google when searched by certain key words. We began to ask detailed questions such as how much business is this going to bring us. He assured us that we would get about 30 calls a month and asked us several times if we were prepared to handle this much business. We asked several more questions and including asking several times that this service would only cost us 199 a month. We went ahead and bought the service after making sure we had clarified our questions such as "if we do not get any business from this service can we return it within a certain amount of days" he said 15 days but that should not be a problem because you will get plenty of business. We were then told that we would be charged once everything was set up and we would get a call. Not once did I receive a call from them, I always had to call them. Finially we saw a charge on our account for 199.99. A few days later we saw another charge for the same price. We were confused so we called them and thats when we were explained to about their 199.99 set up fee and plus the 199 first month charge. I was furious because the sales guy never explained that to us. They listened to the call between me and the sales guy and sure enough. So they refunded us the set up fee. After we finally saw our ad on google we waited a few days and when we finally had no phone calls I called them back and said this just isnt working out we would like to cancel service and have our money back. They refused to do that and said that they dont refund money. I aksed them to listen to the call as we were told what the return policy was and the refused the listen to it and started to argue with me.Desired Settlement: We want the amount of 199.00 refunded to us for the promises that were made to us by the sales person that we never received. We would then like our account to be canceled.

This customer states that Branza Inc can produce 30 calls a day and I do not believe there is a company that can do that in this industry. what we can do is put customer into a position to have one of the best opportunity to get 30 calls a day. As far as the set up fee of $199.00 and an additional fee of $199.00 that plays out as follows: The set up fee is to build a professional wordpress website (which we did http://[redacted].com) as well as an adowrds campaign (which we did). Once that has been completed (5 to 7 business day) they receive a call from one of our Account Specialist to go over what they purchased and how it works on being live on the first page of Google (which we did, as they say "we never call them") they we also receive a email that again goes over this information as well as provide specific links and tools necessary to see themselves on the first page. Before the email is sent the specialist lets them know as well as provide it in the email that will be sent that THEY WILL BE CHARGED for their monthly fee, this charge allows us to keep them up on the first page (which they say they saw themselves). So just in the 20 days they were with us we built a website for them and got them on the first page of Google and refunded them $199.00 to honor what they claimed the sales rep told them and they still want Branza Inc. to refund an additional $199.00 making all work we did for $0 when all we can see here is that they did not receive 30 calls in one day. I believe that we did what we said we would do and beyond.

Review: Branza does not does what they say. They get your money with promises to get you web page on the first page. Thats the pitch. After a couple months my site couldn"t be found!! They tell you to use this search tool that you can see that your site is there but when you look for it just like you would any other site, cant be found. so I dropped em and wrote it off thinking just a crappy co. but then the call back 6 months later say sorry they dropped the Ball and they wanted to make it right and was going to do it for half price. I fell for it and gave them another chance. Saaammme thing. And to top it off now they own my domain name! Keep your money go with a repubtible co. Review: First they told me to pay $89 for the first month then my first payment of $134 will be the following month so I gave them $89 and he sent me to another person who told me I had to pay an additional $134 after I review my web site but after they took my $89 to create a web site for my business, a week later they sent an email with my so call web site to review, when I couldn't find it anywhere I called last week no return call. I called again this week no return call again. I emailed them no answer. I told them if you don't want to return my call return my $89 and we call it even no response. Review: I bought a website Branza built for me for $350, with all graphics, photos, You Tube piece and text. This was three months ago, and I paid in full at the time. To date, I have not received the graphics and photos, plus Branza has NOT given me access to administration of the host site, Host [redacted]. It is my website, I paid for it, I want it and am tired of sending emails and making phone calls. [redacted] has been helpful, but the problem seems to be a young man named [redacted] who is acting as the gatekeeper. I would like ALL my materials and the transfer of hosting to [redacted].com. Branza inc. has gone above and beyond for this client. We have actually given this customer full control of the website that we built for her for the fraction of the price its worth. (http://[redacted].COM) We have been in continuing communication with this customer trying to assist with how to capture the information needed, all while still making adjustments to the website. There now another individual involved to help work through the items that we have sent and still there is confusion. We have been very patience and will continue to guide the customer through this process but by no means is what being said by the customer a good representation of the full scope of what we have done.

Review: SHORT COMPLAINT:

Branza CHARGED $1000 without providing services promised over 4 months. Said would build custom website with my input DID NOT (slapped a one page hodgepodge together copying from my existing professional site). Said would make Youtube video DID NOT. Said would work to build Google ad status DID NOT (as far as I could tell, once did their quick set-up they didn’t tweak anything). Said would contact me to help improve my ads DID NOT (NEVER once called me or even emailed to review or get input) SAID I WAS AT FAULT - DID WHAT THEY PROMISED - ARGUED THEN HUNG UP ON ME. IRONICALLY, THEY SOLICITED ME! I have notes and emails from first week being wooed. Branza sent a few brief welcome emails, but NO AGREEMENT NO DETAILS! I see why they won’t put any of this in writing! They NEVER sent a performance report of any type, even when I asked, repeatedly by email and phone. (Kept promising and stringing us along AND BILLING $199/month then blow us off and make excuses.) I tried to work this out for 4 months without any Branza interaction, results or attempted resolution. My credit card company said Branza didn’t justify overbilling past my termination request and did a one month TAKE BACK.

Branza - The WORST INTERNET MARKETING COMPANY I ever worked with. Good people gone. (Feels like a chaotic gang with big attitude and minimal experience.) He said to me, it's a job.

===IRONICALLY, THEY CALLED ME FIRST!!! I was reluctant to try it but the sales pitch sounded too good. I guess it was. ==Should have listened to the Revdex.com and my colleagues who said it sounded too good. Even my account manager said that some of the sales points were not true and she would try to fix it. The customer service manager who was helping me is gone. I WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND. ===I could go on for quite awhile further - I took a lot of notes and have numerous emails from the first week when I was being wooed.. Branza sent a few quick welcome aboard emails, but THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU AN AGREEMENT WITH DETAILS!! Now they say I was wrong...got all they promised. Sadly, this is so DISAPPOINTING. I really wanted it to work out and that is why I put so much time into trying to have a good start-up and understand the process. I should have listened to my instincts. Now that I asked to have my billing suspended, (because THEY NEVER AND AFTER 3 WEEKS OF MY REQUESTING -- could produce any reports showing the performance of my Key words, impressions or clicks even though they promised them) they have cut me off and said I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF BRANZA. So much for customer service, building relationships and 4 months of fees!!! ==I had to get my credit card company involved to investigate a dispute of Branza billing me after I had asked to end their services. (this after 4 months of Branza billing me without any interaction, results or attempted resolution). My credit card company said Branza did not justify their overbilling past my termination request and did a one month TAKE BACK.

I bought this service because they said typically would get 25-30% increase in web business after 30 to 60 days. I thought to give benefit of 90 day trial (actually supposedly went 120 days) went and when I reviewed my web customers, I HAD THE SAME as last year. No increase in traffic or calls. While this is not guaranteed, I have NO PROOF that they did anything after the first week when I was checking. I have been a business owner for 12 years and an employee for many years before that. I should not have been so trusting. Hope the president will read this and call me...

UPDATE: Had been getting no response from my email and phone requests to Branza. A few days after I posted this review to YELP, I got a call from a Branza reputation management specialist. Said they were having high level meetings to discuss my situation, that they KNEW ALL ABOUT ME and that they would get back to me. I suggested that I felt many of Branza’s employees were pressured to exaggerate their services and that some seemed intentionally dishonest. He acted shocked. ==He asked if I would TAKE DOWN my negative review. I said that I would amend it with whatever resolution they offered. I asked to speak to a higher level supervisor or the president of the company. Branza told me no and that they would not even give me the name of the president or owner. FEELS VERY SHADY TO ME. I want to fix problems at my company.

THREE MONTHS LATER: still NO RESOLUTION or CONTACT from Branza. I will be filing a complaint with the California Revdex.com and the Business Consumer Alliance and maybe the Secretary of State/Attorney General. I will be asking for a REFUND. When you read all of their negative reviews, I have no idea how Branza can have any positive reviews online – who writes those reviews? Branza has been an EXPENSIVE learning experience and such a WASTE OF TIME. Review: We received a call from a company claiming to represent [redacted]. They assured me for $99 a month they could make sure my website was on the front page of [redacted], and other search engines. They would keep my account updated and promote it on line.Oct. 2, 2014 I spoke with [redacted]. This is the first time I was told the company was Branza, not [redacted]. They represent themselves as working for [redacted]. He took information from me regarding our [redacted] shop and website. (key phrases, address, phone numbers). At that time our account with [redacted] had the wrong address and I was having trouble changing it on my own. He told me no problem it was all updated now.March 3, 2015 [redacted] called me from Branza. She was calling to tell me what a wonderful job they had done and to verify my information. Well, come to find out the addresses and phone numbers were still wrong. I told her to cancel the service immediately. I also sent an e-mail cancelling it.March 23, received my charge statement and was charged another $99 dated March 3rd.March 24th, called Branza, talked to [redacted]. She said the information on the business was updated. I told her I still wanted it cancelled and a refund. She informed me they don't refund money. She says I received an email when I signed up telling me the billing dates.(didn't receive this email)The only email I have from them is from [redacted], welcoming me and saying an account manager will call me soon.At this point, I feel Branza owes us a full refund, since they did not fulfill their promise to us, couldn't even get the basic information in. She says "Well it is on the front page", but a lot of good that does if the address and phone number have been wrong for 6 months!I would urge all business to beware of companies calling representing [redacted], because apparently [redacted] does not call customers directly or authorize these 3rd party companies to do so, and there are several out there doing this. Customer signed up in late Sept. of 2014 for our services of map placement. Our sales representatives are instructed to NEVER represent themselves as [redacted]. We are a marketing company that can get them placement on [redacted] but not actual [redacted]. We have records of 3 emails going out in the first 30 days (09/25 through 10/17) to [redacted] that represent our company as Branza Inc., not [redacted]. That being said the customer currently has placement with the following keywords: [redacted]). The address displayed on the first page of [redacted] is [redacted] which is the address the customer provided and is the same address on their website [redacted] We have not taken down any of the work we have done for the customer because we received payment on March 3rd, 2015 and per our Terms of Service we ask customers to call in 3 days before their billing date if they wish to cancel. We explained this to the customer and that they have placement with the correct address and they still wanted to cancel so the work we have done will stay on the first page to honor the last payment we received. We are more than willing to work out any issues the customer has to ensure satisfaction of the services provided. At this point the customer asked to be placed on the first page of [redacted] with the above keywords and with the address noted and we have done that for them.

Review: A representative from Branza called the Foreman of our construction company today as his number is listed in all of our business listings for sales on our end. The employee named: [redacted] P. introduced himself (to myself and our Foreman) as a representative from Google rather than Branza. After much research on the internet, I have found that this is a common practice for Branza. [redacted] P. was VERY aggressive in trying to secure funds from us to procure Google Advertising services.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be investigated.

This problem has occurred before in that potential customers of ours hear our representatives incorrectly. We state that we are certified partners of Google (which you can find on our website branza.com) which means that we have gone through the process Google has set forth to become a certified partner. Our goal is not to mislead anybody is the on-boarding process but to give them as much information as possible. In the event that a potential customer would like to use our services we have a process that is very detailed in regards to letting them know exactly who they are dealing with, from a verifying manager to several emails with Branza Inc. logos as well as written script specifying Branza as the provider of the service they have decided to use.

Review: On 3/21/14 [redacted] a representative of Branza was directed and informed verbally and in writing that our business relationship was terminated and their services were no longer considered valuable. She was directed not to take any money from our company account after 3/24/14. On 4/29/14 they took $149.99 from our account without being authorized to do so. Numerous calls (over 50) were made to [redacted] without results. The owner [redacted] refuses to answer phone. The latest is that the issue is referred to their legal department but no one knows that persons name or phone number or address. We built a website (http://treefellasllc.net) and put this customer on the first page where he was visible with specific keywords. He had great traffic with "clicks" and "impressions" throughout his time with us. In the beginning of being with us he was a little confused on how our service works so we had extensive conversation trying to walk him through his placement. The customer was with us for just over a month and called his bank to get his money back and at that point it went to our legal department and our legal department (who includes involvement of our accountant) responded to the charge back with proof that we did provide a service. Such things that needed to be provided were...all emails that communicated who we are and our terms of service, statistics on the progress of placement on the first page of Google, website that was built, and emails that explain how we work. The bank deemed that we DID provide a service so if we are a scam as the customer says then I believe the bank would have also made that assessment, which they did not. The customer disputed charges back in late April, early May and when his bank did not give him the money back the customer then called in to Branza Inc. in late July asking for a refund again and now writes this to the Revdex.com. Our goal is to help customers with marketing on the first page of Google and give them the tools to have a successful business. We are not a scam and are continuing to work hard on satisfying all of our customer needs.

This customer signed up on 12/26/13 with our company for 1st page placement on Google and paid $328.99 for a set up fee and 1st month together. We built him a website ([redacted].net) and an Adwords campaign which allowed him to have specific keywords for plumbing and drain cleaning that would show his business on the first page of Google through all devises. There was multiple attempts on trying to get this customer to understand how to search himself on the first along with emails. He said that he saw AD and then said he was not getting calls and that is the relationship worked. When it came for his second monthly payment of $189.00 he had no problem with that being charged untii he said he was not getting calls and then said we have not done anything for him at all. we do not promise for calls , only first page placement, which he had for him (if needed we have reporting that can prove that he was on the first page throughout the time he was with us). We even went to the extent to have our Google Representative call him and explain that he is getting traffic because he did not believe that we were doing anything for him. The representative said that he did not get what we were doing and at that time we decided that we were getting no where and stopped all payment to his credit card. We certainly provided a service and tried in multiple ways to help this customer understand how we work. If you need any further informtion please let us know. Thank you.

number one I did not find my ad listedI went to West Philly southWest Philly where they told me the ad will be listed . I looked numerous times of day and I had friends and customers look as well and no one could find the add my belief is that they never make posted in the ad at all all they did was made me up a web page and email that to me so I can see there was never a ad posted on the website at all .from the beginning they told me they was taking a hundred twenty five dollars setup fee out of my account and they took the whole 300 something dollars out of my account and call the overdraft. my thing is that I would like to just have my money back . my point is I've never seen a ad on any website listed from these people I think it's not fair and I think they're just getting over on people
