Breazy.com has utilized [redacted]  to pull physical brick and mortar locations without permission that leaves a level of deception to consumers Should a consumer click this link with my company name being used (among hundreds if not thousands of others unaware) , this creates an illusion there is a business relationship, which there is notIt also has a "shop now" button over our business name that re-directs the consumer to purchase through Breazy.com versus usThis not only leads to a potential loss of revenue for us, it also creates a customer service and reputation issue Also, they sell at just above wholesale price and do not respect MSRP, so it leads a consumer to come in thinking we have a product at a lower price or a product we don't even carryI cannot continue to risk this and again, I never gave permission to have them backdoor sales using my company through various search engines I have asked them on two occasions since April to remove this and I was assured

I ordered a new vape mod and paid extra for days shippingI was off the day the USPS was suppose to deliver itThey never even rang the bell but left a note in the mailbox that it was undeliverable Bc no one was home I scheduled a re delivery for the next day as someone is always home at my house and they did not re deliverI have called, emailed and live chatted for days to no solutionThey blame USPS and I still have no vapeI asked for a refund and they told me no Bc the USPS has my packageAfter a week of waiting I am fed up, have already had to buy another mod Bc I couldn’t wait and still don’t have my money backThis is the worst customer service I have ever dealt withI just want my money back

I placed an order online on November with Breazy.comI received the confirmation e-mail and a folle-mail that the order had shipped with a tracking number with USPSThe order was shipped to a location in Spring, Texas on November 16, I live in Cocoa Beach, FLI contacted Breazy via numerous e-mailsI received responses that my order had shippedI finally was able to contact Breazy via phoneI was told that the order was the responsibility of USPS and there was nothing that they could doI was told to contact USPS, although USPS on their tracking website stated the package was undeliverable due to the address being incorrect, incomplete or illegibleI went to the Post Office in Cocoa Beach (obviously not in Spring, TX) and was told that the package would potentially return to the sellerBreazy did not take any responsibility and stated "once it leaves here it is not our responsibility'They accepted no responsibility and offered no compensation nor apology

The customer placed an order for a Dot Mod product on July 12th, 2017. We reached out to the customer on July 13th, regarding this order because an error occurred in our system where it was priced at $as opposed to the $that it was supposed to be priced. It was never

A product was advertised for I purchased it then they charged me I called then they said it wad for specific colors and they are sold out yet it does not say specific colors only it only says SALE

I have never had a single issue with this companyOne time I was asked to re-verify my age after making an order which got delayedI emailed them and asked why and was told this was due to an error with a new system and they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a $gift cardI wasn't complaining, just making sure everything was OKBut the point here is that they went above and beyond to make me happy and that is something you rememberCurrently they are the only company I order from and I have ordered vape stuff from A TON of previous other companiesI think I am around order number or so with Breezy and will do tons moreProducts are authentic, shipping is fast, prices are great and customer service is through the roofThank you Breezy for making vaping a seamless experience when it comes to shopping online

I was given a $gift card during my first sales interaction with this company because they had internal issues and somehow forgot to ship out my first order
For the second order (and second chance), I placed an order in which I used the $gift card, which reflected when I checked out on their websiteWhen I doubled checked my final confirmation for the order placed and how much they charged my card, it DOES NOT reflect the gift card balance of $being applied
To ensure I was correct, I checked my gift card balance and it is now $even though it was never applied to my second order, which also was affected by internal issues and inevitably a week delay in processing and getting it shipped out to me
This company freely gives out $gift cards to keep dissatisfied customers from discontinuing their services, only to scam you the amount when you check out
