I purchased a smok procolor kit and it stopped working! I went to contact smok and I found out it’s a fake smok! And the company denies that they sell fake products! Smok won’t fix it because it’s fake

On 7/I received an email notification from Breazy.com stating their Dotmod 200W TC mod was in stock again

There age verification process is unclear and ended in my order being cancelled after several days of emailing back and forth, They requested a valid state ID, which I supplied no problem A day later I received an email stating my ID could not be verified because of my expiration date My driver's license does not expire because I am active duty military I've used this ID for many years to buy everything from alcohol to a houseThe lack of clarity in the age verification process and the delayed responses from customer service have really turned me away from this companyNo wonder they have a -D rating

The customer states that on November 17th, the shipment was never delivered and was not happy with the explanation provided. The customer's package was indeed routed to Texas by USPS and not by any wrongdoing from Breazy. The representative tried to explain that we do not have any control over what...

happens to the package once USPS has it but we are always willing to help in any capacity possible. The package was finally delivered to the customer on November 24th. We contacted the customer again on November 30th to see if indeed the package had arrived and to address any problems regarding her package. The customer replied on December 4th stating that the package had arrived but 3 weeks late. We replied again to apologize for the delay, refunded her order, and offered her reward points to her account for the inconvenience. She was properly satisfied by our response and this resolved the issue.
