Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Justin has a great imagination when it comes to customers and their concerns I can go on and on about his personal attacks and comments but its not necessary He interrupted me throughout our conversation And told me what a "poor communicator" I was And Called me "a liar" Also, I called the car wash twice at 5:and 6:and asked for Justin and they told me he was not there? So either they lie, or Justin was not at the car wash for our meeting? Either way you can see what kind of company this is.You can see by other reviews on line that over an over he has insulted customers and refused to take ownership for damage caused by his business I did call Justin since I was running late And he offered "nothing" He said " the problem is in the manufacturing of my vehicle" Never apologized, never offered to make good on the damage his car wash caused Again, they handed me my moldings, destroyed But its not their fault I cant imagine what kind of owners or leadership would employ a manager such as Justin but they failed to fix the damage caused to my car from their machine and insulted me over and over again And Justin's attacks and excuses where just wasting and inconveniencing a customer even further beyond the damage they caused Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the video footage of the vehicle in question and taken statements from the management in conjunction with this complaintThe equipment did not malfunction and to create such a unique dent on the top of the car with a closed-cell foam
material, it would be impossible unless your vehicle were made of a material softer than thatI am also not entirely clear of the dents in question to a particular levelWe'd be happy to meet with the customer on-site to further discuss and that can be arranged through myself.Kind regard,

Hello, I have spoken to our Site Management about this complaint and the problem with the entire ordeal is that there there are only so many places the color "yellow" exists on our location in GreeleyThe only color brush that turns on for a $wash is "Blue"Even then, they
are high-density, closed-cell, foam brushes that do not leave transfer marks and are lubricated beyond thatUnfortunately, there is no way a yellow mark could have been caused by our company to the roof of your vehicle. -JustinRegional Operations Manager

I feel that the picture they are talking about from their camera needs to be printed and physically compared to my carI believe they will see that the so called dent is not in the place the picture showsI have about indentations in my car that are 1/inch long at best, that goes approximately inches long, not in a rowThe first dent closest to the front of the car is the deepest and the last dent going towards the trunk are lighterThere are no paint chips, but a few scratches that swoosh up towards the roof. I KNOW my car was not damaged prior to this car washTo me, if you have a person on payroll that is being paid to look at my claim, they will side with the company, as they would not want to look bad for the person who gives them their pay checkIf the owner/ parnters would participate in this I would appreciate it I would like to meet with them and have them see my car and compare the photo'sI have tried to take a picture of my car damage, but can'tPlease contact me with meeting place and date/ time.Respectfully*** ***

*** drives a *** (years old) and said he lost the moldings in the top rails of his truck bodyThese vehicles are notorious for the moldings blowing out of the rails at the end of the tunnelThe brushes do not "swipe them out", or "rip them away"The brushes are a high-density,
closed-cell foam that is aggressively lubricated; i.edoes not grip surfacesRail moldings (plastic) shrink and expand in the heat and cold; they deteriorate under extreme UV exposure (top of your vehicle); eventually rattle loose and become brittle and even blow outThis is the type of thing that we consider when we post, "nothing beyond factory warranty" on our disclaimerNot all vehicles, nor components of vehicles, are built with equal integrityThe fact that a month passed before *** approached us, does not help anythingOur camera hard drives only go so far back and *** made it seem like it was our obligation to know when he came through*** was very difficult to even have a conversation with at all levels, on the phone and in personWe do not accept belittling and personal attacks as Professional and sadly, this is what *** had to offer usWe understand frustration, train to embrace it from customers and we are committed to working through situations; even if we don't own the problemWe have set up a meeting time with *** on 10/30/@ 6:00p to further address
