would be impossible unless your vehicle were made of a material softer than that. I am also not entirely clear of the dents in question to a particular level. I am rejecting this response because: I know it came from the car wash and I've talked to friends who have had the exact same thing happen to them at your location. It could have been something transferred from another vehicle. Just because a yellow brush didn't touch my car doesn't mean it couldn't have happened there.  I can't believe your company continues to be defensive about this matter. I will be telling all my froends about my experience and encouraging them to find a different car wash.

I am rejecting this response because:Justin has a great imagination when it comes to customers and their concerns.  I can go on and on about his personal attacks and comments but its not necessary.  He interrupted me throughout our conversation.  And told me what a "poor communicator" I was.  And Called me "a liar"   Also, I called the car wash twice  at 5:45 and 6:10 and asked for Justin and they told me he was not there?  So either they lie, or Justin was not at the car wash for our meeting?  Either way you can see what kind of company this is.You can see by other reviews on line that over an over he has insulted customers and refused to take ownership for damage caused by his business.  I did call Justin since I was running late.  And he offered "nothing".  He said " the problem is in the manufacturing of my vehicle".   Never apologized, never offered to make good on the damage his car wash caused.  Again, they handed me my moldings, destroyed.  But its not their fault.  I cant imagine what kind of owners or leadership would employ  a manager such as Justin but they failed to fix the damage caused to my car from their machine and insulted me over and over again.  And Justin's attacks and excuses where just wasting and inconveniencing a customer even further beyond the damage they caused.

Hello, [redacted]!     I am sincerely apologetic for the experience you encountered at Breeze Thru in Greeley. One could understand how you might not expect damage to your windshield if your initial intention was to visit our location for a car wash. I am proud to say that our Site...

Manager for the Greeley location gave an absolute due diligence to the resolution of this situation and the utmost focus. After review of the video, you also see one of the Asst. Managers overseeing the process being completed on the service you purchased that day; another good sign of professional oversight.Our Site Manager followed up with the [redacted] Manager and found out the following information:"I talked to [redacted] (Site Manager at [redacted]) and he explained that the circular ring can happen if the mirror was bumped only if it was previously cracked.  [redacted] talked to the Assistant Manager of [redacted] and he explained that it happened because someone bumped it.  The crack is a stress crack that no one can control.  It is also on the outside of the windshield."This is the very reason we have an open disclosure about not being responsible for vehicle windshields. It's not a normal procedure for one to inspect their windshield every time they enter or exit their vehicle, let alone know that a simple "rock chip" can lead to greater damage under the contraction and expansion of the glass due to temperature swings and pressure applied.The car wash can be revealing at times, but we are not in the business of being destructive. This damage began on the exterior of the windshield (as indicated by multiple people) and needed to be addressed before entering our tunnel to avoid further problems.Regards,[redacted]Regional Operations Manager

I am rejecting this response because: The only way I will accept meeting with you all is if you are open to the fact that your car wash put the streak on my car.  If you all are going to try to convince me through video and saying the brushes that touched my car weren't yellow, ultimately saying that it couldn't have possibly happened at your car wash, I want nothing to do with it.  That is NOT customer service!

[redacted],     We have your cancellation form from 11/14/17. We refunded you Nov, Dec and Jan. There were 3 separate refunds for $10 ea submitted. We have all of the reference material or these submissions and I will send them to your email address for your records. I noticed you waited until 72 hrs of the time the email was sent, nearly to a "T", to write back to the Revdex.com. Did you catch that the processing was done in PST? Perhaps it was not fully complete when you first looked at your refund. Either way, I will email you the confirmations.-Justin

[redacted]Justin has lots of thoughts and ideas about not taking ownership and his lack of professionalism.  At the end of the day, his company handed me my moldings.   Broken in pieces.  And now say, its do to the manufacturer.How bout this Justin, put a sign on you business saying, No [redacted] 2014 because we destroy your truck?   Guess not.  Justin wins.  No ownership.  No accountability.  Just finger pointing.  Great management.

The car wash emailed me and told me they would refund $30 in 3 credits of $10. This is acceptable. [redacted]

I feel that the picture they are talking about from their camera needs to be printed and physically compared to my car. I believe they will see that the so called dent is not in the  place the picture shows. I have about 5 indentations in my car that are 1/2 inch long at best, that goes approximately 9 inches long, not in a row. The first dent closest to the front of the car is the deepest and the last dent going towards the trunk are lighter. There are no paint chips, but a few scratches that swoosh up towards the roof. I KNOW my car was not damaged prior to this car wash.
To me, if you have a person on payroll that is being paid to look at my claim, they will side with the company, as they would not want to look bad for the person who gives them their pay check. If the owner/ parnters would participate in this I would appreciate it .
I would like to meet with them and have them see my car and compare the photo's. I have tried to take a picture of my car damage, but can't. Please contact me with meeting place and date/ time.

[redacted] was offered to set a date and time to meet in person to work through this incident. [redacted] set a time of 6:00p on Monday 10/30/17. I made it a priority to be there outside of my normal working hours and drove the 45 mi for the cause as it was important to meet [redacted] and work through the problem face-to-face.[redacted] called and cancelled half an hour ahead of time, then began to tell me not to waste his time and proceeded to personally attack me stating things such as, but not limited to, "I hope your future wife and future ex-wife are real proud of the 23 year-old Car Wash Operations Manager running a CAR WASH!...you got real issues, Justin!". This has zero relevance on the situation and is untrue to-boot. We do not believe it's a waste of time to work through problems face-to-face. We teach people every day the value of collaborating in-person to resolve problems.On the phone call with [redacted], I explained to him what happens with the plastic trim insert on tops rails of vehicles (UV exposure and temperature deteriorate plastic and they tend to blow out). We have no control over vehicle manufacturing, which is why we have a liability sign stating what it does. Still, meeting face-to-face would have been an opportunity to possibly find some middle ground; that's how we operate. Unfortunately, [redacted] lost that opportunity with his lack of professionalism in how he talked to us and his inability to follow-through on his commitment. I told [redacted] that, under the circumstances, we cannot help him and apologized for his frustrations.
