I want a refund and everytime I leave a message she changes her story My mother and I was talk down to and other companies I've bought from have never done anything like this and this was total abuse and I need my money asap and my mother and I am beyond traumatized by the way we were treated and I want a full refund and for this lady Joy F* to know we are educated people and I wish I had read the reviews ok this companyI have more I will submit and I will not let upI need my money asap!

the rails were ordered however they are backordered until the beginning of June the customer was notified of this via email Once the rails are in stock they will be shipped via fedex to the customer

We NEVER waited WEEKS to tell the company about the problemWe called the NEXT BUSINESS DAYI have phone records to prove thatThey offered to send out an electrician which we exceptedAfter the electrician did his assessment he said that lights bulbs were defective and the transponder.I have had this vanity since the beginning of AprilIt is now May *** and my vanity is still not working because I have only received light bulbs, but no transponder. This company finally answered my phone call after literally calling them times from different phone numberNot to mention the countless voicemails that were never returnedThey also claimed that their phone system had been down for weeksWhat a huge LIEI also have phone records to PROVE all of this.I understand that things can malfunction, but how does that become the CONSUMERS fault? You need to take that issue up with your manufacturersAnd now because of the MANUFACTURER DEFECT your voiding my day returnNOWHERE in your RETURN POLICY does it state that you can not return a product because of a MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND A REPAIRIt actually states that it's HASSLE FREE and you can return a product FOR ANY REASONThis company has been nothing but a headache.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I just searched reviews on Breuners furniture and so many say this company are scam artist and to avoid at all cost I never agreed to wait months for this order like she stated on the phone and this place has horrible reviews warning people just like I said and it took months to get a response she said it could not be refunded and now she is trying to keep some of the money which many say they have done this exact thing to them and please google the reviews for this place and you will see stay away scam artist and cheats and liers I attached some of the emails I sent them and there is no email from them from AOL and please look where I have been emailing them asking to for a refund since July after I had been calling and emailing with no response Please make sure you google this place and look at Revdex.com claims where this seller has done the same thingThis place needs to change their business practices to stay in Business and this lady Joy F* needs to remember the lies she tells and that can record and trace all her actions she can be audited I want a full refund and there is no money can replace the way she talked to us and then to lie and keep our money this long YOu can see the only emails she responded were yesterday and I never agreed in any email to wait for months and was never told the item was out of stockI asked for a refund over and over and was ignoredI do not want this to happen to anybody else.*** *** *** ***

Please respond in kind via email as we have yet to receive your dispute in writing via the store as we are eager to resolve your issues we have escalated this matter to investigate it thoroughly on your behalf. Again please respond in kind to the email that was already sent to you. We have yet to receive the email requested from you. Please note that in order to review any request they must be completed in writing.

Based on both emails that were sent to the customer this issue is still not resolved with her bank and has not been resolved with paypal. Again we can not address any issue without the furniture being paid for

The email that you are referring to is dated after the order had already shipped. In turn we are not stating that you have not cancelled the order however the return policy states that you will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways and the 25% restocking fee. Please send the email that is required in order to release the remainder of your funds to you. The order has already been cancelled. However in order to close this out you still have to send the email that was indicated to you on at least four different occasions now. Please let us know when you will be able to send the email requested in order for us to release the remaining funds. We hope that this response resolves any issues that you may have had and clarifies things for you.Thank you

 As discussed, spoke with credit card company and they have not received appropriate paperwork from merchant. I requested instructions detailing how they can retrieve the funds from their bank.

Please see attached email thread for said customer reporting fraud. I spoke to the customer today and tried to explain to him that a woman had called earlier and attempted to cancel the order. I told her that since the order was not in her name that the person who placed the order would have to...

express that in writing. The end result was me being hung up on. I was told that the account holder was in the hospital having open heart surgery and was unable to complete the required process to cancel the order. A few minutes later a male claiming to be to be the account holder called and stated he never received the email that was sent to him ( it is included above). I then forwarded the email to the account holders email address. Since the order has in fact been processed and should be received by the customer by Monday, I have no way of cancelling it without charging them as per our return policy. This was certainly conveyed via email back in April. I can reroute the order however the customer would incur the cost... If they are okay with that I can proceed with the reroute. I have tried to communicate effectively with the consumer however all I have been able to accomplish is resending the email that was sent to him back in April. If he would like to accept the refund less the shipping I can certainly do that for him... he would only need to email me that he has agreed to the terms of the return policy and would like the remainder of his purchase sent directly crediting his charge card that was used to make the purchase. For informational purposes only I have include a link to our return policy [redacted]  I look forward to hearing from the customer as I would like to resolve this matter in a reasonable way. Thank you

I do not accept this company's resolution of store credit. As mentioned store credit is worthless to me since I do not plan to buy anything from them again. I need to know what our next step is since this company does not seem to want to keep promises made. As I mentioned they can take back the furniture with full refund as I asked for from the beginning. This is all completely false not once has she tried to correct anything and I'm absolutely disgusted at how she chooses to run her business. As I stated before I have contacted them several time since April and each time I have spoken to Joy F[redacted] personally in regards to not wanting the order. The first time we spoke on April [redacted] she assured me the order was cancelled and I would be refunded within five business days, as far as I knew the matter was closed. I never received a tracking number or any indication I still had an order until almost two months later when the delivery company called to set up a time to drop off the vanity. As you could imagine I was shocked and confused so I called and spoke to Joy again, she was extremely rude to me, cursing under her breath and then at me, I had told her I already cancelled the order and wanted it sent back immediately, then she hung up on me. I spent the next few days trying to call the company back but none of my calls or voice mails were answered. About a week later I got another call from the delivery company trying to drop off the vanity . I called and spoke to joy once again and for the first time ever since April she told me I had to put it in writing to cancel even though I had spoken to her over the phone multiple times about the matter. I have since written her an e-mail telling her once again to cancel my order and then today 6/**/16 I get yet another e-mail stating my order has still not been cancelled and if I wish to do so I have to write another e-mail and will still be charged for the company's mistake of sending it to me in the first place.

all the merchandise has been received by this customer and in working condition however, to the best of my belief she has charged back the entire order and has not paid for any of the furniture that she has in her possession. we can not at this time address any issue or concern of this consumers...

until the furniture is in fact paid for.

we have tried to resolve this issue we have sent out the parts necessary and an electrician, we were told of the problem weeks after and have striven to resolve the manufacturer defect which was an unforseen issue. we can not accept a return due to the item already undergoing repairs. we have...

engaged the customer and have gotten nowhere the refund is unreasonable due to the unforseen manufacturer defect.

the transponder had to be ordered and it has now been shipped to the customer who is instructed to contact the electrician once she has the part in order to resolve this matter. We here at Breuners have strived to correct the defective Vanity and will continue to work with the customer to get the vanity operable.

we have put in place resolution to this Revdex.com complaint .... The table base was received and the furniture medic was scheduled via the shipping company. The credit that was requested is being reviewed and will be issued to the customer within the next few days. I do have an email confirmation that the...

base was in fact received and that the shipper did in fact schedule a medic. The dates provided for delivery for the area that [redacted] lives in is not a daily recurrence therefore the delivery needed to accommodate both the shipping companies route and the consignee.  Thank you
