Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated earlier your link does not work...I tried to link, copy and I even tried to type http.......contact which led me to your website but there is no refund or charge section. Basically what you sent me works only in your computer.
For the record Facebook again approved another approval on April 20. That means somebody still uses my email address.
If I just cancel my account from Facebook, do you think it will solve the problem and Facebook will not send me any bill?

I am rejecting this response because:I am actually asking for information that is not in your Help Center section, as you keep on stating over and over again.  You do not have any direct contact information in order for me to know if you do or do not support HIPAA.  Pre-sale questions are not obtainable through your company's communication methods since one must sign-up / purchase an account. Sorry but no one should have to buy a car in order to know what the license agreement contains or if the features of the car align with their requirements. Unfortunately your company only allows indirect communication through 3rd parties in order to ask direct pre-sales / pre-user questions.Please stop the infinite loop logic error of directing me / others to Help center because of your short-comings of having no communication method for non-users.  Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over and expecting different results.  I will continual reject any statement that redirects me to you members only area and members only communication method.

It is a generic and unhelpful...

response clearly from someone who is not familiar with this matter. I have filed multiple support tickets and repeatedly asked support to give even one specific reason why my payment account was banned. Each time my tickets were closed and any response given was unhelpful, arrogant, and rude. No reason is ever given. Just something to the effect of "this is our decision, consider this matter closed and this decision final." I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have broken no terms of service, but they just completely ignore that. 
Now to add insult to injury I am given this joke of a response asking for a link to the content. What content?! There is no link, there no content to give. I paid for a simple post boost and a simple page promotion. Next thing I know they have shut down my payment account with no reason or explanation given despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue by me. This is how Facebook operates. They treat their users like dirt and will not help if your life depended on it, but they are more than happy to take your money, track all your activities, advertise to you, and sell your information to third party companies without your knowledge or permission. 
Again there is no content to link to. This person has no idea what the issue is about. Absolutely unacceptable. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The response is in error and is total rubbish.Re. Hi, The links included in your report are for Pages, not for Profiles. Pages and Profiles are held to different standards regarding authenticity and impersonation. If you still feel that the content on the Pages violates our policies, you may report them."Then I am reporting both the pages and profile to you now.  I cannot see anywhere to report a profile as a separate thing. So I am reporting them both now. Surely with all the thousands of staff Facebook have it would not be unreasonable to expect one of them to be able to connect the hundreds of complaints received to the right section whether it be pages or profiles?   The well known self confessed hacker and spammer [redacted] who is impersonating others and hosting fake profiles AND pages as well as having multiple accounts to defame  is in direct violation of Facebooks rules and requirements.Why is Facebook supporting this scammer who is violating many of Facebooks rules?  Is it beyond the ability of the thousands of Facebook employers to do a proper check and then to remove this low life scammer from Facebook?Facebook has an accreditation agreement with Revdex.com and in that agreement is a requirement to act on complaints in " Good Faith" Refusing to properly check out this scammer who is impersonating others to defame them is NOT acting in good faith neither is saying I have to report it to an automated system. Over 400 complaints have been sent in by different people yet Facebook seem unable or unwilling to act in good faith and remove these libelous comments.All over the internet are complaints of Facebook not acting in good Faith and being in violation of their accreditation agreement with Revdex.com. I therefor am asking that it be revoked.Here are some comments about Facebook  after they were fined 110m euros (£95m) "In early May, the [redacted] strongly criticised Facebook and other social media companies as being "shamefully far" from tackling the spread of hate speech and other illegal and dangerous content.""[redacted] said the report into how Facebook worked was "alarming to say the least"."It needs to do more than hire an extra 3,000 moderators," said a statement from the organisation."Facebook, and other social media companies, need to be independently regulated and fined when they fail to keep children safe.""Facebook has been fined 110m euros (£95m) by the EU for providing "incorrect or misleading" information during its purchase of messaging service [redacted] in 2014.""Facebook moderators interviewed by the newspaper said the policies Facebook used to judge content were "inconsistent" and "peculiar".The decision-making process for judging whether content about sexual topics should stay or go were among the most "confusing", they said." Clearly the Facebook moderators are confused and are unable to do their job in a fair and consistent manner. Their refusal to remove accounts that have been reported so many times and are clearly in violation of their own rules. Prove quite clearly that they are unable or unwilling to abide by their accreditation agreement and so I officially ask that it be revoked.
