Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: actually I did send an email to facebook support they did resolved the issue, but I've to reject this response in order to get help for another issue. 
I saw an email a couple days ago saying "Someone may have accessed your account". So I had to verify my account. But the ban is still "indefinitely" (restricted from creating apps indefinitely) on, All apps disappeared, can't access apps dashboard, can't create new ones. when I go to apps dashboard then it asks me to verify my account but the account is already phone verified.
I suppose my frustration is in the mystery of the whole thing. No idea what happened, no idea why it happened, and no idea how to fix, or how long it will take to fix. If ever. That's what "indefinitely" means, and as far as I know, I did nothing wrong. Again, because there are no details.
When I appealed for one of my app then, they said "Your app was mistakenly disabled by our automated systems, but we’ve restored it." but what about my account, how to fix that. Still  can't create new apps 2 apps still missing..
I strongly believe it's a bug.

I can't log in and find my account...

username or direct URL, but here is my Account ID: [redacted]. This issue needs to be resolved and I need to receive some for of customer credit for what I have had to go through, twice now ($100 ad credit preferred. Also, I need reassurance that this wont happen again. I love the platform when it works, but when I get this many bugs and you disable my account and make it near to impossible to contact support, idk any other way to contact your support team. And in reality, no ad campaign purchaser/customer should have to go through this to get account assistance. It's not fair and it is misleading. Facebook has a top notch company reputation, but that reputation needs to be lived up to and demonstrated, not just talked about.

I am rejecting this response because: The links provided do not address the issue . I would like to know why within 1 week my account was locked and identification required for me to unlock when I have made no changes to my account and use my legal name ? It is concerning that I would have to send my identification to you with no real explanation or no resolution . No other social network does this. Defaulting to irrelevant links is not a satisfactory response .

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I had already used the Facebook Help Center (to which Facebook provided a link in its response) before submitting the complaint and not found it to be helpful in resolving the issue.  There is plenty of useful information there on options for verifying one's identity if the user is given the opportunity to do so after clicking on "Continue" when the message stating that the account has been temporarily locked appears on the screen.  However, I did not see any useful information about what to do if one gets a response stating "Identity Not Confirmed.  We currently can't verify your identity.  Please try again later." upon clicking on "Continue" and this happens repeatedly day after day.  There seems to be no customer service phone number to call.  I will appreciate it if someone responds to this inquiry and at least helps me to report the issue to a person at Facebook who can help resolve it.Sincerely,[redacted]
