It was a generic regurgitation of useless nonsense that if anyone with the common sense of cabbage had read my initial complaint, s/he would have been able to ascertain as much. I am literally powerless to attempt any of the proposed "solutions" so futily offered on the "help" page as I no longer have access to the email address associated with my Facebook account. Ergo, I need someone on the techy side of Facebook, (whose reading and comprehension skills I should hope exceed that of the complaints department) to delete my Facebook account on your end; the details of which are no concern of mine. If you access my page, you will see no activity from me for over 4 years now. My Facebook was previously deactivated; now it's magically resurfaced through no effort of mine. Undo it; permanently.

As previously stated, I have already tried everything on their site with NO resolution. The business has just reiterated what they went last time and it was rejected then as well because it provided NO HELP OR RESOLUTION.
I CANNOT access the account to have it deleted and they have provided NO means that work to do so. I WANT THE ACCOUNT TO BE COMPLETELY DELETED. I do NOT want that company to have any of my information and I do NOT want an account to exist that I CANNOT control and permanently DELETE myself.

Yes, we have tried it but, as stated earlier, that link Facebook sent does not work. The ad account has been deleted from their system (which we believe was delibatetly done to create this kind of time consuming distraction) so when the ad account does not show up in their system, the link does NOT provide a refund option nor a request for refund option. The account information has been provided in our previous correspondences via Revdex.com. Also, the reason of refund that correlates to our account is not listed in that link. Our account was assaulted by thousands of spam likes from a foreign country (Over [redacted] likes from [redacted]!) and that does not fit the ad demographic of Male/Female US customers [redacted] interested in musical theater which we had requested. We have no way to clean this page now (the likes are still there for them to see, they should also look at banned users) and we have not been able to use the page; therefore we lost contact with [redacted]+ legitimate likes/customers we had paid for via various ad campaigns. Unbelievable how unresponsive Facebook has been in this remarkably predatory ad business they run, which we are all finding out about in the mainstream press day by day. Once again our ad account number is [redacted]. [redacted]. Our [redacted] also filed a complaint with [redacted] and [redacted] and will pursue this further until we get the requested refund.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The response received did not resolve my issue.  As stated in my initial complaint, I have used the "Helpful Tips" provided on the Facebook website to help recover access to my Facebook account.  I do not remember the email address or phone number associated with this Facebook account because it was over 5+ years and I have changed my email and phone number a number of times since then.  I have tried all the emails and phone numbers I could remember.  I have also tried to use the option to "use my friends" to help me access my Facebook account, however when they search for me in the list of[redacted] they do not see my profile.  The only way they can see me is when someone tags me or by going though their own friends list from their page.  I am requesting an immediate solution to this issue.  I am willing to answer any security questions from my account other than my email or phone number which I cannot remember.  I am also willing to send in any document to prove my identity, i.e. drivers license.  Please feel free to call me at any time.    Sincerely,[redacted]

I will explain this again:
My account was hacked.
I can't log into into because...
Every time I try to log into it, it tells me I need to "verify my account".
I tried to verify it, to no avail. I really don't even care anymore.
I want to just delete the account.
I am unable to delete the account because...
I cannot log in. Pleas reference line 4 for reason.
Although my account is now "hidden", I am very uncomfortable with the fact that my information and pictures still exist on facebook servers. I want this account to be permanently deleted. 
Alas, I cannot delete the account because (please reference line 8 for reason).
The proof that my information still exists on facebook servers is attached in the form of images: When I attempt to log on... I can clearly see an image of myself. I also STILL get e-mails from facebook, even though I have continuously and repeatedly unsubscribed.
Cease sending me e-mails, as well as hosting my image on your servers.
