Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had already used the Facebook Help Center (to which Facebook provided a link in its response) before submitting the complaint and not found it to be helpful in resolving the issue There is plenty of useful information there on options for verifying one's identity if the user is given the opportunity to do so after clicking on "Continue" when the message stating that the account has been temporarily locked appears on the screen However, I did not see any useful information about what to do if one gets a response stating "Identity Not Confirmed We currently can't verify your identity Please try again later." upon clicking on "Continue" and this happens repeatedly day after day There seems to be no customer service phone number to call I will appreciate it if someone responds to this inquiry and at least helps me to report the issue to a person at Facebook who can help resolve it.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attempted the recommendations on the Facebook Help Center page and the recommendations did not resolve the issueThe problem started after I signed into a phone APP via FacebookSince I had not submitted my phone number to Facebook, there was no way to turn off text messagingI do not believe Facebook should be allowed to send texts without being given express permission to do soObtaining access to my phone via a phone Application sign in process is not express permission.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have/had already sent in different verification forms of ID including drivers licences different forms of mail (one a horror block subscription the other a piece of mail) I also sent in screenshots showing the [redacted] welcome page that was associated with my payment method on FB; I then also sent in photos of numerous other subscriptions; all of which had my name on itThey're system only asks for of ways; valid photo id or something off of that list or if that is not do able to send in forms of id 'mail and mail/mag subscription was one of them' I took it even further and even showed them the sign in screen of my email accountwhere it says my inbox was emptyThey say 'send us forms of id' well I dont know what they exactly want at this point because I have sent in the same stupid pictures multiple times also any time I try to even get into the support side now it tells me to log in; when I go to log in it says to me 'this account has been disabled if you feel this was done in error contact us here' I click that and it circles back to the log in to support to continue' and so on and so forthSo I cant ever get to a point to send in any new forms of idAnd every response I have received so far has been that same sort of automated responsenot to mention I made very clear to make sure that when I took the screenshot showing my emailthat it also showed I never received any email from them ever saying why my email was disabled; and or how to get it back I directly went to open a ticket from trying to sign in from the 'if you feel this was done in error click here' the first time it worked when I received an email after sending in my form ofs id I havent been able to sign back in since to the support; and it does that loopI would gladly give up and move on or forget about it but the thing is that account is connected to [redacted] with all of my info; its connected to my internet protection ( [redacted] ) my [redacted] Facebook is used widely as means for logging in to many places and to not have your account it ended up being very irritating I'm still in the process of trying to contact multiple customer service people and have broken down crying alotI still cant deny I lost some of the last messages I had on that account from my grandparents before they passed and honestly am considering sueing for emotional damagesnot to mention the time being spent having to fix this...Sincerely, [redacted]
