I purchased new tires at 109,miles with a 50,mile warrantyI went today to have them rotated and was told by the Firestone Manager that all tires were badI told him I had 144,miles on my truck so I have warranty left on the tires, he just insisted on selling me new tires telling me there was nothing he could with the tires I had purchased from themHe would sell me new tires of "his choosing" for $which he called a dealWhich is NOT honoring the warranty at all which had 15,miles left on the warranty

I had an engine replace after an emergency break down Vernon, the manager, greeted me immediately upon entering and assisted me with arranging a rental car George B assisted me also when the repair was complete and upon my return days later to buy tires

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/08/21) */ Good Afternoon, Firestone refunded the additional repairs provided at the other repair facility in good faith totaling $We also refunded an additional $as a customer satisfaction, totaling $ Mrs [redacted] has received $in refunds from Firestone and we feel that we have met our obligation in this caseOur offer is fair given the circumstances and has already been received by Mrs [redacted]

The manager named Rob was extremely unprofessional, rude and needs a course in customer serviceAfter waiting for my turn in line, I walked to the counter ,said good morning and got no responseSo I told by him that I was here for an oil change and gave him my cell number to look up my informationI said that I had a $full synthetic coupon that I wanted to use and he said he would not honor the $Firestone couponI have always used it before at this location but this morning Rob was not allowing me tooInformed me that my filter alone would cost him bucks and he could not change my oil for that priceI explained to him that I've used it before without an issues and it has not expired yet so why cant I used it.He said that's why the old employees are gone.TMI (too much information)but what does that have to do with honoring your advertised couponHe flat out refused so I took my business elsewhereI called another location on Sam [redacted] and they were very helpful, apologetic for my bad customer service and honored my $couponI will never use Savannah Hwy.location every again and neither will my love ones

I have had bad experiences with the store on Singelton Rd in Norcross GA, first was when I needed an alternator and was sold an overpriced one and work that was not authorized was done and now they have had my truck for days to do rear brakes and it's still not done I have been a customer for years and have purchased 4-sets of tires and had other work done but these last experiences have ruined my trust in Tires Plus, when they do get the brakes done and I get my truck back I will never set foot in a Tires Plus again and will share my experiences with anybody that asks

I brought my car in for a oil change a couple weeks ago and didn't notice I was leaking oilthanks to my father who noticed the oil spots in the drivewayI then brought my car into the shop a second time where they put it on liftfive minutes later they called into the garage to show me my oil leak problemThey told me for $they could run a dye through my motor to trace the leak then I asked well, how much would it cost me to have the issue fix he said, $I pulled back and said I'm under warrantywhen I got home I thought about it and decided to go to [redacted] and buy some oil and a washer and oil pan-plugI noticed that oil was seeping out of the plug so, I switched it with a new onewhat I noticed was that Neil the guy who worked on my car ruined the plug by putting a washer that was too smallYes, he forced it on ruining the threads on the boltIt gets better, he decides to loosen the bolts on my oil pan so the oil seeps outNow when I brought my suv back into the shop they knew where it was leaking but, wanted to charge me for a issue that didn't existI leaked oil over my driveway and ruined my fathers drivewayThanks Firestone I really appreciate your serviceI'll never go back againWhy these people are even in business I don't know whyA question how many other's have spent money with Firestone and had gotten ripped off? It's a shame I've spent $100's of dollars and now it's clear to me I've been getting ripped off every time I brought my car to themMy advice is do the job yourself if you can at least you know what work has been doneSo you know the tech's name is Neil he's a crook

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2015/08/24) */ Contact Name and Title: R [redacted] AM Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @tiresplus.com Revdex.com CASE#: XXXXXXXX Ms [redacted] was in our store in February for an engine analysis for a driveability problemShe states that after our service her A/C quit blowing cold airFor customer satisfaction the store performed an evacuation and recharge of her A/C system ($normally) at n/c to herHer compressor was leaking refrigerant and therefore the store gave her an estimate to properly repair her a/c systemThe store did not cause the a/c compressor to leak refrigerant. The vehicle at the time had over 167,miles and there were several other items recommended however we did not look at the a/c because we were not asked to look at itThis type of issue with the a/c is common with the age and mileage on the vehicle

IN REVIEW OF THE CASE, WE WILL BE REFUNDING $TO THE CUSTOMER MS [redacted] $50, REMAINDER OF THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE, $FOR IGNITION COIL, SPARK PLUGS AND LABOR, $FUEL SYSTEM CLEANING AND $IN SALES TAXTHIS IS A CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION REFUND AS IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THE CAR IS STILL NOT OPERATING PROPERLYREFUND TO CUSTOMER WILL BE SENT VIA CHECK TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME.Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things rightWe value your business and we hope we have resolved this matter

10/30/2016 Totally negative exp with Firestone on [redacted] in Leominster, Ma. Went in for oil change with son. Asked for copy of my invoice BEFORE work was to be done and the lady manager would not provide us with that copy.. I asked three times and the third time ended with her saying: "I don't need trouble with you". After this I was very irritated, loudly voiced my displeasure, and we took our keys and left for [redacted] in Leominster, who was more than happy to change our oil for less money and with a smile, no attitude and paperwork right up front. Told the lady manager back at Firestone I was going to call Firestone Customer Service and she said "Go right Ahead" so I did and it got me nowhere. Beware of this location, especially on weekends when the oddball managers are on. During the week Mike, the head manager is on duty and he's a decent guy, If you must shop at Firestone this would be the time to do it.
