This company is a joke. They can't deliver what is promised, nor what you pay for. The cable and internet service sucks at best. There customer service department should be a no-customer service department. After speaking with a Supervisor during my initial set-up, I was told I was getting one thing, just to call each and every month in an attempt to get a charge removed to find out the next month that it was never removed. I live in Bryson Square in Atlanta GA and Broadstar is notorious for not delivering the service that you pay for. Village Green must take some of the responsibility for getting into a contract with a company that clearly can't deliver the service that you pay for.

I recently install broad star in port orange, FL (ASHTON APARTMENTS) and is the most ghetto, unprofessional cable company I ever been with. their service is the worst of all, they charge you for channels that does not show on your box, you have to call them to why the channels show in one box and not in the others, they charge you if someone one goes to your house to fix their connection problems but they don't tell you there is a charge for a technician to solve the problem. I had the cable for 2 weeks them I cancel but they want to charge me for a month and a half ( WHY?) I think I call the company about 5-7 times for problems with channels not working, boxes not functioning well until I just gave up and cancel their service after 2 weeks, I RATHER HAVE TO CABLE/INTERNET AND GET ME AN ANTENNA THA HAVE THIS COMPANY AS MY PROVIDER!!!. their office/phone service is close after 5pm and no weekends, if you have an issue you need to wait till Monday, and when you call you might be directed to a voicemail and wait for someone to return your call (I never got a call back). THIS COMPANY IS LIKE MOM AND POPS CABLE COMPANY IS A REAL JOKE OF A CABLE COMPANY!

They are the absolute worst ISP I have ever had to deal with. Expect your service to be far slower than quoted, cut in and out all the time, and have unplanned outtages that can last days or weeks.

We have tried to deal with Broadstar for the last 3 winters in our winter home of Horizon Village, North Fort Myers. The equipment is substandard, the employees are stretched so thin it can take weeks to get a problem resolved. THe office help is uninformed and rude. Calls are not returned and appointments not kept.
