This complaint appears to have been made on 11/16/according to your letterWe talked with this resident about her issue multiple timesShe worked directly with our Maintenance Coordinator to reach a resolve that all parties could agree uponDetermined there was no mold in the apartmentHad the flooring where soaked by a leak pulled upFloor beneath pulled up carpet treatedNew carpet was installedResident was so happy with resolve that she signed to renew leaseWe always strive to provide good customer service and a speedy response or repair to our customers needs and requestThank you for bringing our residents concerns to our attentionIt is our understanding with this resident that this complaint has been fully resolved to satisfaction-- Thankfully, [redacted] Director of Leasing Operations / Realtor Broadway Management Group, LLCEast BroadwayLouisville, KY

Ms [redacted] unfortunately is one source of the problem that we are now having in this buildingWe were doing sweeps in the building to determine who is having housekeeping issues and to be certain that any pest problem is being addressed promptly and swiftlyWe take bed bugs and any other pest problems very very serious and always have which is why we have performed regular sweeps of this building, but everyone got busy during the spring and summer months which kept us from regularly checkingOur exterminator went to to the building on Wednesday 9/2/and determined that there are a few apts that do have serious housekeeping issues as well as pest and one of them is coming from #***, Ms [redacted] aptThe exterminator let her know what needs to be thrown out and how to prepare for treatment unfortunately he stated that she has so much stuff that he is going to have to give her some time to dispose all of it allHe also took pictures of the condition in which she and her child are livingMs [redacted] just left my office and I reiterated to her what the exterminator had reported and that we will be back and I personally will be there to insure that everyone is doing what is requires in order to get any and all problems, be it pest and or housekeeping taken care of once and for all! I also tokld her in the future instead of going to the Revdex.com to complaint she needs to come to me for any problems or further concerns she may be having! However I think she was afraid to come to us in fear she would have to throw out lots of her belongings out ....I do understand that concern but in order to exterminate properly it has to be doneOur exterminator told me he would try to salvage what he can but she has lots of clutter

Our Maintenance Corrdinator, *** ***, has talked to this resident and confirmed ALL REPAIRS, with the exception of the painting in the bathroom have been done! YAY!! *** spoke to Mr*** and he said he was completely satisfied! (double yay yay)The painting will be done tomorrow
9/18/15, and *** will follow up to insure this happens and to be certain that Mr*** is happy

I did talk to Mr*** however it was on the matter of completing the task in which wasn't started on until I Begun my process in contacting the health department as well as the Revdex.comSpeaking with Mr***, the conversation involving satisfaction was the relieve of BMG broadway management group finally responding to the mold in my apartmentI discussed issues with communication for I have placed a maintenance within a month in a half of my initial complaint and concernDue to lack of communication I also spoken with Mr*** in letting him know the communication and urgency of the management property was still unacceptable however he assured me that he didn't know about the issues until it was too lateHe then suggested I call him anytime somethings happenthat fact I was satisfied because I felt like he was genuineDuring the attempt to have my apartment fixed I was subjected to stay in hotels and other places in concern my health was at higher riskI also do not recall Ms*** communicating with me at all about the issues I facedAt the moment I am satisfied until further noticewithin my first notice to BMG about the smell of mold compared to the actual visualization, it took time for the mold to form and be noticeable by myselfdaily I check the wall to feel if its damp with moister. I apologize for the long messagehowever I feel that the case of mold could of been worse if I had not contacted the health department as well as Revdex.com

I haven't had adequate working heat in my apartment for over years nowThe leasing company refuses to return my calls or fix my furnace and ventsI have reported the problem NUMEROUS timesProper working heat and air first and foremostSubsequently, I would like all of my other unanswered requests to be completedThis company shouldn't be allowed to be in business because they are terrible and do not give a damn about their tenants.]

We did and it as determined that it was not anything that we would charge the resident as it appears that it has been been an ongoing leak that was not caused by the resident but a structural issue that we plan on fixing after she leaves which is within a week in addition the pest control was
there it was called in on 8/and he treated on 8/Unfortunately in order to get rid of the pest it does draw them out but they do die shortly there afterNot sure of why this was not fixed earlier but I think it may have been due to the maintenance man that works at that building was in a serious auto accident late spring and perhaps that is why it was not tended to earlier

have access and pay extra are allowed to park thereIt is our staffs obligation to remove the vehicle and they informed me they were doing so by having it towed out of the parking area.We have no problem compensating for time you were not able to park in your assigned parking spotWe will credit you the entire month of July's parking fee of $This will reflect on you August billing statementAs for the packages we at Broadway do not monitor the mail area or the entry doorHowever we have taken a few steps to ensure that only residents and their guest as well as our staff have access to the buildingThere has been a notice posted stating that Broadway Management Group cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that residents may have delivered to the buildingHowever we have made suggestions on how to overcome missing packagesOur staff will be happy to put your package in your unit if you let us know it was deliveredOur staff is on the property everydayThe elevator has been an issueIt was recently inspected for it's annual inspection I know this because we were billed for itI am not sure why they did not place a new or updated inspection permit, however I will look into and get this resolvedAs for it breaking down we are extremely sorry for this happening to you as we do not want any of our residents to experience thisWe have discussed with the elevator repair company how to prevent this in the future and are working with them to put a regular servicing schedule in place.I am confident we have addressed all of your concerns and wished you had given me the opportunity first to do soIn the future should you need any assistance with your apartment or stay at the Lofts of Broadway please do not hesitate to reach out to me as I have an open door policy.** *** ***

I did complete the move in inspection form and turned that in however waiting months before I can use the stove top, shower and missing lights was unacceptable to me so I fixed these out of my own pocketI did leave multiple messages and sent emails as well, no one from the management group contacted me directly.I do not feel that a $25 credit is a fair adjustment to the situation.I did give them the opportunity to resolve these issues before making these steps. Best Regards,[redacted]

I apologize I was unable to respond promptly I have been short staffed and unable to respond hiwever I did take care of [redacted] bu letting her out of her lease agreement with us without any penalty due to the nature of her problem. Unfortunatly the roofer told us and was paid to fix  the roof...

and he obviously didnt fix it completely so the best resolve was to let her leave. She was satisfied with the decision and moved. She remains in  good standing with Broadway management Group and again was satisfied and pleased with the outcome.

Tell us why here... I respectively and strongly disagree with what this resident is stating. It has nothing to do with race FIRST AND FOREMOST, that is a ridiculous accusation and has absolutely no basis! Maintenance did go to her apartment and did not hear any animals they...

thought they had sealed the point of where they thought animals could get through but didnt actually hear anything at the time and  had hoped the points of entry that they sealed in fact worked that was back in Novemeber and again in February. No one actually doubted that she heard noises they just simply asked the questions. I spoke to her on or around May 10th and entered the work order in the system once again. The maintenance man determines that the leaks were due to the roof so they contracted a roofer but had to go through the ins which took several days and then had to wait for the insurance check in order to get the roof replaced which took another few days no to mention all the rain we have had which costs us a day or 2. The roof was replaced on or around 5/17/16 ( a little over a week later). The roofer found the point of entries where the animals were highly likely getting in and sealed and plastered the openings. At this point we did not fix the apt ceilings until we were sure that the new  roof was guaranteed not to leak. WE were notified on 6/3 by the city that there were code violations with #3,  Ms. [redacted]s apartment. Which I see is in retaliation against us by Ms. [redacted]. Nonetheless we were aware of them and had every intention of doing them but again replacing a roof is a process which really didnt take as long as some of them do and once replaced to be certain it is not going to leak again in the same place. Also let me make it perfectly clear  that  every time we tried to get to work orders and issues taken care of  we had to coordinate with her....which further delayed this entire processI feel confident that we did the things we were suppose to do and in a timely manner! Very Sincerely,[redacted]
