Way too long delivery delay, cancellation request ignored
I've made my order online on May 23, 2021. Then on June 9, 2021 I've asked to cancel my order due to long delivery delay. BrockBeauty pretended that they have never received my request. On 1 July, 2021 I've filed a claim via PayPal (order is not delivered). Next day BrockBeauty has shipped my order despite my request to cancel it.

I don't have the items they requestwhat I want is simple, a refund of $ nothing lessno if ands or buts no arguments, hate or disloyalty no just return this or show me a copy of thatthey should have all that on file alreadyI just a full refund that is it!

as I have advised your company numerous times the post office made an error, I went down there and they correct the issue, that is my correct addressIf you don't want to reship as I have advised please refund my money

I know my address they could have come up with a better story then thatI order online all of the timeThey must to took it off the order wrong themselvesThey are passing the buck I will never believe that I wrote my address wrongI was not told anything about me paying for returns and reshipping fee I never read it on their website and I am not paying that I paid enough as it is they can keep their productWhy did they not call
