We reject this response because that paper that they sent a copy of was signed with the business manager before we had done our final walk-through of the trailer.  When we asked the man who was doing that with us if it had been done, he said he didn't know but we could find out from the service manager.  We asked Jeff Powell and he said he didn't know but would check on it.  We also asked him about the outer sealant that was supposed to be done and he said he would have to check on that too.  We know for sure that the TYRONS were not done before we picked it up, and we had to fight to have those done.  We still don't have the special tool we need for that.  As the problem went on and on through the summer, I talked to Glenn and Benoy at the N. Tonawanda store and they said they would check into seeing if both things had been done, but we never heard anything back from them.  We don't trust them now and want a refund for both things.Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised they are currently working with the consumer to resolve this concern.

This customer was contacted by our Service Manager to arrange for pick up of their trailer to address the issue and was told that "we have made other arrangements" to repair the refrigerator.

We went to the Hershey RV show again on Saturday to meet with Dale [redacted] in person to discuss this situation and were introduced to the VP of Sales - Retired, John and after we explained what Dale (who was also sitting with us) had put us through in the last 3 days, showing him...

the text messages and giving him names of people we had spoken to, how many times and what we were planning on doing on Monday morning, he agreed to release us from the offer and refund our deposit, wrote on the copy of paperwork I had taken with me and promised that we would not be hearing from Dale [redacted] or anyone else from Colton RV again, but if we did want to buy a coach from him (John), he would give us a great deal.  We thanked him for being honorable and doing the right thing, but chose not to buy a RV from him. We are satisfied with this resolution and would like to withdraw our complaint.

Colton RV disputes and denies the allegations set forth in the customers complaint.  The RV had cosmetic issues, as do many new RV's, which were addressed per the manufacturer's warranty which accompanied this RV.

The check has been issued and sent.  The warranty cancellation amount was 855.36.

If this had been done right away perhaps we would have this issue resolved by now. We have received the customers seal.  A representative will call the customer.

We are currently working with the customer to replace his RV with a new one.  This should be completed in the next 5-7 days.

We have ordered the required part to repair the customer's travel trailer.  This part is ordered from the manufacturer of the awning and shipped to our dealership.  Once the part arrives, we will be making a road call to install the part.A message was left with the customer this...

Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] trailer ( 2016 grand design solitude)  the customers unit has been repaired and picked up as of 8/8/2016 the refrigerator has been fixed and is in working order (repaired a propane leak causing the refrigerator malfunction  )we also  adjusted bathroom left...

As of yesterday no new claims have been submitted for the roof or awning, and there has still not been and inital claim filled for the floor. It is funny that colton rv is still saying the claim for the roof was denied because of an enviromental substance. As of yesterday my last converstation with keystone they are still telling me the same thing that is layed out in the email I forwared, also even if there is an actual issue the corct issue has not been reported to keystone. I woud still like all of the issues fixed on my camper in a timely matter or the camper to be replaced with one that is up to the standard I was assured it would be.

The customer currently has their camper.  They took it on June 28, 2017.  2 parts were ordered from the manufacturer and the parts are now currently here.  It can take 2-4 weeks to receive parts from the manufacturer.  The customer does owe $176.03 for the installation of a slide...

topper which they supplied.  I am willing to waive this amount due.

The issue is resolved   the customer has picked up  his RV
