Review: Have agreement for Brothers-Plumbing to come, free, to check water filter. Called Silver Medallion Service Plan.
Water Filter was looked at. Special parts is needed. For more than a month, I;ve called them and set up appointment's and they never showed. Doing this on puepose.

Our policy is to make contact and verify the client is home prior todispatching a technician to a home; which saves the customer money byeliminating inefficient use of the technician and customer’s time. If contact is not made with the client wewill not send the technician due to having a high volume of clients requestingservice and a very large service coverage area. With the cost of gasoline these days we have to do the best we can toprevent unnecessary waste in order to provide superior service at competitiveprices. We are happy to schedule awindow of time that best suites our clients including Saturdays and we willalways call 30 – 45 minutes prior to send a technician in order to avoid aclient being stuck at the property waiting all day for service. If water filter is repaired, I accept that. Brothers Plumings has not contacted me. Job is not done. I will also state, I'd never will recommed them.

[redacted] came to repair a couple hose bibs and also performed several other preventive maintenance duties. He was very personable, professional, explained what was to be done, and completed all in a very timely manner. Great to work with someone who you really feel you can trust to get the job done correctly and at a reasonable cost. Thanks again!

[redacted] was an excellent plumber. I had to replace my bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet. He mentioned I could contact the manufacturer and get replacement parts for free. It worked. He came back to my home, always on time and friendly. I would recommend Brothers to everyone I know.
