I told the man several times that the floor mat was not the issue as I was lifting up on the gas pedal with my foot nothing was pushing it downHe basically said I was lyingMy truck is not safe to be on the road yet they send me home in it anyway I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

Customer brought vehicle into Tri-County Chrysler Feb RO# The lower and upper ball joint was replaced Customer picked vehicle up Feb Customer contacted me on March or about concern with repairHe stated the ball joints were missing a dust shield and the Antilock Brake sensor wire had rubbed through and his ABS light was onHe stated he wanted to send a copy of an estimate to repair those itemsI stated our policy is that we must have the vehicle brought back to our shop to confirm any issues and repair if neededMr [redacted] made an appointment to drop truck off on April 20th for inspections and any needed repairs On April 20th, Mr [redacted] brought the truck to the shopAt that time, Mr [redacted] produced a bill from S.O.S LLC in Streetsboro of $607.26, which $was the repair of the dust shield and ABS sensorI again advised Mr [redacted] that he brought the vehicle into us so we could verify and repairMr [redacted] took it upon himself to get vehicle repaired before we could verifyThis is why as a customer goodwill we advised the customer we would pay for the parts Thank you, Commercial Truck Service Manager

Customer came in on 6/19/where we checked the truck, we scanned the codes where nothing showed any issuesWe found two updated that were performed one was for the
engine control module and the other for the transmission control module neither of which would of affected the increase of speedWe did notice there was two floor matts on the driver side and the very top matt showed scuff marks from the under side where it showed a rubbing against somethingNot 100% sure it was the pedal but it was at the pedal pointWe contacted Chrysler to see if there was any related concerns or problems and they replied noWe will be glad to re look at the car again to see if any thing else would show concernsBut at this time the car checks safe shows no issuesThe visit on the 19th was her first visit and again the truck showed no issuesPlease let me know if there's any thing else we could help with, Thank you, Steve

You are welcome to bring the car back in and we will look at it again for free, or you may bring it to a different dealer

Thye did talk to *** 1st and 2nd was told would be soft hit on credit report so it wouldnt affect score was told by Andy that would be soft hit lie Number 1 ,3rd they didnt even have right address when they pulled credit report as we have our papers and envelopes to show it was wrong that this was indeed a hard hit that affect both of our scores, the reason I know they talk to *** cause they had called here for permission to talk to tri county people on what they would need to do

Hello, Steve from Tri County, The only information I have about this deal is that we sold the *** in good faith and we did a safety on the *** it only needed an oil change and front brakesIf there was any transmission problems it never showed at that timeMy shop gets paid to work on these cars
so I'm certain the would have mentioned that to usLike most things they brake with out notice as it sounds like what happened hereMs*** had bought a service that would cover the transmission and also a rental car for at least days if not moreThis is the first time I have been informed there was any problem, but I did call my sales person asking about this when he told me the customer was in contact with the service contract companyWe do try and safety all pre-owned cars but we can't predict the future on a pre-owned cars and this is why we suggest service contracts for the unknown futureI've had no contact with Ms*** but if I can help please contact meThank you, *** ***

To Whom It May Concern, In response to Mr***'s original complaint, I have attached a copy of the Vehicle Inspection that was performed prior to him purchasing vehicle on 04/26/I spoke with Mr*** at the end of May and advised him to bring the vehicle in so that
we could verify the issues with the oil and the batteryHe told me that he had to add almost quarts of oil to the vehicle within the days since he had purchased it and that he was convinced that we did not service it like we told him that we didAt that point, I did offer to change his oil and filter to hopefully make him happy and confident in his purchase and he would know that the vehicle had fresh oil/filter in itThen, Mr*** stated that he wanted his battery replaced as wellI asked him to bring the vehicle in so that we could test it and look at the car for any possible oil leaksHe brought it in on 06/01/and the technician verified that there were no external oil leaks and the battery tested fineMr*** then explained that after he played his radio during a lunch break for 25-min that the vehicle was slow to startI explained that there are a lot of draws on the battery during that extended amount of time to have the key in "on" position and cranking slow would not be abuntil vehicle was running and allowing alternator to charge it back up. Again, I offered to still change the oil in the car and Mr*** asked for the $back that he put down on it to obtain the financingI informed him that this was not possible since it was part of the bank's contractHe then proceeded to start swearing and grabbed the keys from our service advisor and left with his vehicle. After he left, I did pull the information for his inspection and verified that we did change oil and filter on 04/21/As a courtesy, I did again offer an oil/filter change to his car as well as replacing the battery with the hopes that he would be happyHe again states that he wanted his $back along with a longer warranty on his vehicleThe offer for the oil change and the battery replacement will be honored until 07/01/If Mr*** would like to accept this offer we would like for him to bring his car to our service department prior to that date

After looking into this deal with Tel Ohio the car was reposed and taken to the auction and then soldSince then the customer paid off the difference and now the bank OK'd for a check to be given back to the customerIt's now being cut and sent to the customerThank youSteve F*

I am rejecting this response because: the bill I provided tri county was to just repair the ABS sensor on the passenger sde of the truck and to replace the brackets that hold the sensor cable away from the rotorthe ABS sensor was a safety concern for the vehicle and needed to be replaced so the brake system could operate properly while driving the truck back to tri county to have them fix the ball joints againthe reason I had to buy new brackets to hold the ABS cables is because tri county didn't install the driver side bracket at all when they reassembled the truck and the passenger bracket was bent causing the isssueyou would think that they would have replaced the brackets with new ones upon assembly if they were damaged taking them off but they showed blatant disreguard for the safety system and me as the customerthe mechanic that did the original job no longer works for tri county, and now i'm stuck with his failures and tri county refuses responsibility to make the situation right I dropped the truck off april 20th and was told that tri county would replace the lower ball joints againi went to pick the truck up on april and upon inspection tri county yet again failed to complete the job correctly, as stated in the original complainti have given them what they have asked, which is to let them replace the parts and make it right but they failed, for the second timethey have obvious lack of knowledge for completeing this repair as they have failed to do it correctly twicei do not trust the mechanics at tri county to complete the job safely and correctly so I currently have the truck at another shopupon starting the work at SOS LLC the mechanic noticed that in the process of replacing the ball joints, tri county used blatant disreguard for the correct tools to be used as there are hammer marks/dents and chisel marks and gouges in every part they touched.the axle housing itself is bent, which is $to replace, which doesn't include all the other parts they damagedi called april and talked to a Bill B*** at tri county and explained the situation from the begining all the way to the current problemhe took my name and number and said he'd call me right back, which as I write this I have not got a response from him, a day lateri called him again today, april 29, with no luck so I called the service manager Jim l***, to discuss the issuesi told him about all the hammer marks and chisel marks which ruined the parts on the front axle and he denied any knowledge of them and said that they used only a ball joint press, but the pictures attatched show otherwise I offered to bring the parts down to show him and tri county, but he refusedTri county is the first people to do any front end work on the truck since built at the factory, and I know for a fact the damage wasn't there prior to me taking to tri county for serviceJim l*** blatantly knew about the condition that the truck was reassembled in because he admitted to helping the tech the first time the truck was brought inhis choice, and Tri county dodges, not to see that the truck was fixed properly after they damaged it show their blatant disreguard for the safety of the people who they serveJim l*** informed me that since I filed this Revdex.com complaint that Tri county is refusing to do anything about the repairs needed to my truck until you, the Revdex.com, come up with a decision and the complaint is closedi can only assume that this is because they are trying to hope this goes away and they have to claim no responsibility for their actionsplease stand by your name, Revdex.com, and make them liable for their actionstri county dodge should pay for all damagaes and labor to fix the truck correctly since they can't be trusted to complete the job correctly, as their knowledge of the damage caused and I gave them opportunities to fix it clearly show.

Hello to whom this may concern on case number *** for *** *** *** states the sales person promised her an extra key or just a second keyShe bought the car on 10/1/over three years agoThat's a long time and I asked why she never called prior to this date over three
years agoThat's when she told me she thought she had to pay the jeep off first to receive the second keyEnclosed is a copy of her due bill where she signed "nothing else owed or promised" she signed that form*** *** wanted at that time to speak to the sales person when I explained he was no longer employed her she stated "How convenient" This was three years laterI offered her the key at cost where she wanted no part of thatShe was told by me that I was the contact for the dealer shipAfter this she traced down the year old owner at his homeThat being said we called her last night to make arrangements for her keyThere was no answer and a message was left for her to contact us for the arrangementsThank you, Steve F*

I am rejecting this response because: They never told me about a oil change or about needing front breaks also when I spoke to them and talked to them about the issue they never once told me anything about a rental car so this is the first I've heard about itI had taken it to them for them to look at it and they told me they couldn't fix it and I would have to take it to a different company cause they don't fix fordsI just find it odd they didn't know anything was wrong with the transmission when they looked it over but I could clearly tell something was wrong the very next day and I'm not a mechanicI had spoke to *** and several servicemen there*** had spoke to a few people and never once did they offer anything to me about this but for me to get my warranty to cover itYes I have a warranty but that really isn't the point hereI pay for a car with the expectation for it to work longer than it didWith that low mileage there is no way they didn't know something was wrong with it

Hello, Writing on case #*** Mrs*** and her Journey issuesShe did bring her car in on a Tuesday and we were not able to work on it for about days for one reason or another, we did how ever look at it and we were waiting on some parts as well but either way it was a days or soShe
brought it in for the replacement of a rear freeze plug in which turned out to be four different freeze plugs in the rear of the engineFreeze plugs these days very seldom go bad so we had to order them inWere not sure way they went bad either the car we think either ran dry and set who knows they just don't go bad like they did in the pastThis is what they brought it in for and we fixed themLater why the car was in here we did pressure tested the car for leaks and there not any at that timeMs*** came back in and received another estimate for what I believe was about to dollars completely different from the freeze plugs. She stated many time in her letter about no heat I might add this was August a very warm time of the year so no one person was in danger from the cold Ms*** came in with her father and husband or friend and we sat in my office with my service managerWe discussed the problem and while talking her father mentioned he only had one key for his Ram truck he owned so during the process I made an offer to buy her father a new remote key "150.00" and I would discount her work all as a good will gesture to try and make her happy on the car she bought AS ISWe all agreed and we all shook hands and left the officeAll done right I understand she didn't get everything free so I understand them not being completely happy BUT we all agreed and shook hands on what we didThe very next morning I came in and a few different people showed me on face book where Ms*** completely talked very badly about the dealer ship and calling us many different names none of which were niceMs*** came in at the close of the next business day as we sat down so I told her about the face book and how she talked very badly calling us many bad namesSo when asked about it she said she was mad and that is when I with drew my offer to help with her dad's key and the good will towards her billOn October 5th she came in and traded her car in I then put extra money in her journey so she could trade it and get a new caravan, that would work out better for her family plus it carries a full factory warrantyWe did stretch on her trade in so she and we could make this deal happenPlease let me know if you would need any thing else, Thank you, Steve F* Tri County CDJ

Thank you for you help. I am responding that I was not at the dealership after 8. I had my family in the car to testify of this. I just ask you to look at the Google rating of the company and you will see more ratings like mine for the Newark Dealership. My attempt is to improve the service to other customers. It is a shame that I and the customers who rated the company on Google where treated. Thanks.

Customer purchased car on September 3rd. The customer purchase the vehicle AS-IS. The customer contacted me over 60 days after purchase about concerns. I advised customer that I will need the customer to bring vehicle into my shop and we will inspect the vehicle. The customer stated that...

he wanted $1600 because he had work done. I advised customer this was not feeasable because we did not inspect to verify. He hung up on me.
Any questions please contact General Manager Brian Jones. (740)522-3153 Ext 120.

talked WITH CUSTOMER A WHILE BACK AND WE FOUND OUT HE DID PAY THE CAR OFF IF NOT THE CHECK WOULD GO TO THE BANK. WE THEN WROTE THE REQUEST FOR THE CHECK ON THE 4TH TO SEND TO MR. [redacted] IT WAS THEN SENT TO HIS HOME ON THE 14TH. ICLOSED IS A COPY OF THE CHECK. SORRY FOR THE DELAY I DID THINK I SENT...

THIS BEFORE. AGAIN SORRY ABOUT THE DELAY AND IF ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL, STEVE F[redacted]

First the [redacted]s came in and told me the bought this car less than two years ago, when I pulled up the deal it was from 11/2013 almost 4 years ago. I understand her problem if in fact that happened but when we pulled all the paper work from 11/2013. First when I told her it would have to have been...

traded in because it would of been titled. She the said it was less than a few days. Looking at the paper work it was just short of three weeks later so it was titled. Ms. Linger paid right at 8350.00 out the door for the car including a 1000.00 service contract. We did have to use the car as a trade being it was titled. we gave her 8450.00 trade in back plus we used the 1000.00 survive contract cancellation money as a down payment towards her new purchase. That brings the total we gave her back a 1100.00 overage from her first purchase. She paid 10700.00 plus taxes for her second car minus her 1000.00 refund plus taxes. She used the term we rolled the money over guessing a term she picked up from the insurance person when she totaled her car. There was no money carried over we even gave her extra for her issues. Please let me know if I could help on any thing else, Thank you, Steve F[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have the paperwork showing date of buying the first car on the 6th and signing for the second car on the 18th. This makes it just short of two weeks, not three. It will also show that I did not sign or acknowledge the part of the negative equity on the second car. Yes, I understand it was a long time ago, but this has just been discovered within the last six months. I have tried to call Mychelle and emailed her, with no resolve. Although, the car was considered to be in my possession it was in their shop 90% of the time. Looking at the service paper my name is not even on it, I had to search this by vin number.
