I purchased the Nat-Didi FS1B/30 and to my surprise this wig is nothing like the picture shown. I feel like I wasted my money and would like to exchange it. It also runs small the elasticity is poor very disappointed.

I do see an email from you on March [redacted] wich we responded to on the same day explaining our return policy. Our return policy for defective or incorrect merchandise is within 10 days of receipt.  You can find our policy here [redacted] Unfortunately at this we are unable to assist you as this would be a manufacturer issue.

I have attached a refund screenshot from PayPal. If the customer has anymore questions or concerns contact PayPal as the money was refunded back to her PayPal account.
