The company installed inferior stone in some places and in less than a year the patio has significant cracks. They promised to repair the cracks months ago, still no show. We are upset that the company is difficult to reach, and the patio repairs have stalled in the communication process, despite a contractual Life Time Warranty on workmanship. They find any excuse, rain, cold, etc., as well “go-between” communication bog downs. If we had known their follow-through on the lifetime warranty would be this poor we would have not selected them, it is not worth it. We feel let down and ripped off by this company and, at this point, we are considering legal recourse.

Klein Custom Pools (KCP) has exceptional customer service It was a pleasant experience from start to finish having them build a dream pool They were attentive to every detail and guided us throughout the process to ensure that we were able to build in all aspects of our vision The owner is extremely passionate and knowledgeable and educated to make the most cost effective decisions - honest and high expectations stands out KCP I am extremely satisfied with this business If you want a pool done right you should consider KCP
