The work on the covered patio and pergola has not met code guidelines and they have been saying they are going to fix it and never showing up

No one showed up
I reached out to *** again and he finally responded on July 5th at 1:pm saying that "I am and have continued to try and contact the sub to no avail I am also calling on other patio cover subs as well."
I asked for *** information and got no reply from ***
After having to call and leave multiple messages, *** finally called me
He stated that *** doing the work was approved and that he did not know that he did not show up
