Received item, but wrong picture so asked for refund. Sent item back but no refund. Said the were processing the refund. Contacted many times and now it is too late for eBay to step in and force it.

Be advised of this vendors return policy. If they clearly ship you the wrong part it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to pay for the return of the product. You can have a situation where the product cost $13 but will cost $7.75 to ship back. (USPS with tracking capability)
Makes totally no sense. No wonder they get one STAR.

I ordered a replacement sanding plate for my Bosch 1294VS sander. Was a little annoyed that they did not include installation instructions, since you have to take the unit apart. I could not figure out how to remove & re-install. I sent an email kindly asking for some guidance. After about 10 days & no response, I contacted them again, another week, no response. Inexcusable for any company to ignore their customers!
