We have called [redacted] of Belinski Homes several ***es (as he has stated) regarding the cracked stoop, we also went to the residence in question to look at the issue In all the conversations with ***, including after we looked at the stoop we made him aware that Bucky's Executive Flooring's warranty does NOT cover cracks Our product does not prevent cracks that concrete naturally makes due to Wisconsin weather or poor concrete workmanship-(example: Wisconsin highway and roadway systems!)During every conversation with [redacted] we instructed [redacted] we would be happy to repair the cracked area caused by the concrete cracking however, this is not covered under warranty and would be an additional charge.After receiving the complaint today from you in the mail, [redacted] ( [redacted] of Bucky's) contacted [redacted] and received his voicemail [redacted] AGAIN explained to [redacted] via voicemail that our product does not prevent the cracking but we would be happy to repair it at an additional charge

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The proposal was the basis for the work that was done Bucky's sales person stressed the quality of the product, the quality of the work and the fact that it was backed by a year warranty Bucky's included the year warranty on the proposal We proceeded with the work based on the proposal and the year warranty was the major reason we proceeded with Bucky's At no time did Bucky's present any other contract documents Bucky's requested we sign the proposal to proceed with the work which we did We only had to select a color and the level of flaking We paid extra for the full flake and paid the bill in fullIt is a shame that such a small issue should create such a big problem with Bucky's The affected spot is only about 1ft by 2ft in size This should be a minor repair for Bucky's Regards, [redacted] and [redacted]

This warranty clearly states under sections 1,4,5,and that failure of substrates is not covered under this warranty Under #it also states labor costs for inspection is not part of this warranty-however we went there for free and did not bill for the inspection Clearly, Bucky's has done more than fulfilled it's obligation.Also, [redacted] never took the time to complete the warranty with names, dates and times-which also voids the warranty.Again, Bucky's will not be held responsible for poor workmanship on behalf of [redacted] concrete failure!! We understand Mr*** is waiting for us to look at three spots on his floor. We explained to him several times that with issues such as
his we try scheduling those as "fill in" type jobs and also to coordinate with other jobs in the homeowner's area. Mr*** lives in *** ***-which is approximately one hour from our shop. We also are a seasonal company and cannot apply the product when there is a chance of freezing conditions or rathese last springs have had.When we spoke to Mr*** we told him he is on our list and when we get to his area we will contact him. It is difficult for a company such as ours to keep getting repeated phone calls regarding the same issue when we told Mr*** this last spring. We also want him to be aware that if our product is coming off due to faulty concrete that a $charge will be assessed for us to repair the job.We hope Mr*** understands we will call him when we are in his area (ahead of time of course) to assess his situation

We are rejecting this due to the fact that no matter what they find, they will not stand up for the productI'm sure they will turn this around and they will not get anymore of our moneyWe have a year warranty on thisWhat does the warranty actually cover? Apparently not the product cracking offIf we call in spring, we will get the same run around we did last spring, that they're too busyIf they would have just returned our phone calls this wouldn't haven't gotten to this pointThey are not a stand up company and we will not recommend them to anyone

In response to this complaint from *** ***. We do work with the *** family as her sons run websites for us. We have never been able to
receive a response from them when we have urgent website issues as well as other issuhave called and emailed HUNDREDS of times. This has gone on for years. The ***s know we do not work in the winter therefore a response to her right now would be inappropriate. I would be happy to receive an email or phone call regarding our websites.PS We held off filing a complaint against their company for not returning our emails or phone calls accordingly-however we would like to now file a complaint against *** *** *** ***.Thank You~*** ***

We had our garage floor done We're told "lifetime" warranty! After year we had some areas that were lifting Called them, and they said they were real busy but would come out and fix it Never got back to us Called the next year, and they said the same thing, but no response back Called again this summer in June They said they would schedule it in Aug have not heard back, and now they don't answer the phone

The attachment Ms*** sent was our proposal to do the job. The warranty itself was not provided. This is necessary for warranty work to be completed

In response to complaint ***. We would like a copy of *** ***'s warranty

Please explain to Mr*** we cannot transport our product or apply the product in the middle of winter! Again, if we feel it is our issue we will review
the situation and repair if our issue on the same day. If it not our issue a service call would be warranted and Mr*** would have to pay for the initial service call to come and access the situation and another service call for the actual repair!
