I am rejecting this response because:The business owner's response was false. I did not initial for four hours of labor. As is shown by the attached document I initialed next to a start time of 11:20am and a completion time of 2:30pm. According to my math that's 3 hours and 10min of total time including the time it took them to drive from my old house to my new one. I have no problem for paying for the 3 hours and 10 mins that they actually spent working. Paying for anything extra when again, I was told when they started that I would only have to pay for the time they actually spent with me and their initial quote (also included) literally states "For labor charges, we start the clock the moment the crew begins loading at your starting location. We stop the clock once we finish at your final destination. Time spent driving in between the pickup and delivery location\'s is considered as labor hours." Also I have no idea how they got that it took them an hour to drive 7.5 miles. So yes I am rejecting this response on the basis that it is completely false.

The balance due from Ms. [redacted] at the time of delivery was discounted by $460 as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay. Ms. [redacted]’s shipment was weighed at nationally recognized and certified truck weigh station (CAT). Our records show that Ms. [redacted] was provided with copies of the weigh ticket however she is welcome to contact our office if she needs another copy. We regret that delivery of Ms. [redacted]s shipment was delayed however she received a significant discount at the time of delivery for the inconvenience. Thank you.
