We made two trips down to this customer’s home We feel we should be paid for our time however if this customer removes all negative reviews from all websites we will credit her back the $- Co Founder Dirk D***

This customer is less then genuine We informed her that we would come out to her home and fix this bed at no charge to her to include reimbursement for the parts In addition we gave her a second option to credit her 1/the original service charge if she wanted someone else to correct the issue This customer is being unreasonable in her demand that she receive percent of her money back for what amounts to minor repairs Per our agreement we have a dispute resolution in place if this customer wishes to pursue this matter further Sincerely, Budget Right Handyman Customer Care Department

I don't need to communicate with Dirk anymoreIt's a waste of my timeIf there's nothing the Revdex.com is going to do, I'll just reach out to a lawyer about getting reimbursed the cost of their services and the disposal they installed.Please advise, [redacted]

This young lady's story has now officially transcended into the bizarre.? ? At no time did I ever "explain sexual harassment" to her.? The fact that she has now become offended by a conversation that never ever took place really sums up my entire point.? We most certainly did put a phone call into this customer on the day of service (Saturday ) We also left a message informing them that a manager would be contacting them on Monday due to the service being on the weekend We are placing another phone call into them today (Sunday) to
inform them of this fact It sounds like we dropped the ball however we will get management involved to get to the bottom of it first thing at the beginning of the week

I don't want to go through this messbut fair is fair, this company has taken money for something they did not doThen stuck me with a plumber bill for $to correct a problem they caused$to replace a door that they damaged. RE: *** Customer Relations, After personally talking to this young lady it is my opinion that she is a bit emotionally unbalanced. When I attempted to inquire about her serious accusations she went on and on about how "men had been sexually harassing her since she was
years old". At the time she became a bit evasive when I questioned her about the specifics and ultimately gave me very little detail. Now I see her story to the Revdex.com has expanded into falsely accusing our service technician of asking her out on a "date". When I did review the text that was sent to her it was nothing more than our service technician finishing a conversation with her about heading home to fix his own sink. When the serious accusation of sexual harassment was broached with my service representative he informed me that no such remark was ever made; quite frankly he was flabbergasted. With that said all of our service technicians pass a national background check. This particular service technician is in his late 60's. We know our personal well and this particular service technician has made genuinely thoughtful remarks about his wife and marriage of yearsNever once has anyone in our office ever heard him joking about other women; Quite the contrary As far as the garbage disposal, when we did send a second service technician back to her home he informed us that she had dumped hard dog food down it that had caused it to clog. We cleaned it out and had it working fine once again before the second service technician left. The most obvious falsehood in this unhinged story of emotional desperation is the idea that garbage disposals are somehow designed with hot electrical wires near sharp blades and running water. This individual should be put on a watch list with the mental health authorities as I have no doubt she will continue to lure unsuspecting individuals into her home only to bring accusations against others until someone, somewhere finally gets her the help she needs. For the record If there are any other service technicians in the Chicagoland Area that have experienced equally bizarre behavior with this customer and need an Affidavit confirming the nature of the situation you may always reach out to me.
