Dishonest in their dealings with me. Would never use them again.

Working with Bud's to try and buy a firearm as a gift for a family member. After several days from my initial order, I was finally able to get someone on the phone to tell me how I could do this by purchasing a gift card. So I purchased a gift card for the full amount... once they assigned a gift card number my family member went online to order only to notice the price had been increased. After talking with a supervisor, I was informed they wouldn't do anything other than sell me another gift card to make this sale work. Its not about the increase in price, its the principle of taking care of your customers... I will make sure this company gets $0 from me in the future.

I have ordered several had guns from Bud's as well as other online stores. Service has been fine, guns were shipped as promised and prices were in line with other outlets. My girlfriend bought a glock from Bud's for a birthday present for one of her sons and had it shipped to Casper WY from the store for him to pick up there. We live in Iowa. Had to the FFL in Casper earlier than promised. Everything went off without a hitch. We will definitely continue to buy from them.
