Buffalo Roofing was great to work with. Friends referred me to Buffalo Roofing and they were prompt, polite, reasonably priced and very happy to answer questions we had before and during the project. They wanted to meet our needs not just sell us what they wanted to. Happy to refer Buffalo Roofing to friends and family. Great to work with.

After a wind storm recently did significant damage to a portion of our roof, we were put in a difficult situation. 1: Our roof is very large and difficult with steep pitches, multiple dormers, valleys and other challenges. 2: Our designer shingles were no longer being made and old stock could not be found. 3: My insurance company didn't seem to care and wanted to patch with non matching shingles 4: The first few roofers I called either didn't return my call or were intimidated by the roof when they looked at it and didn't bother to leave us quotes.
Finally, I called Buffalo Roofing and received a prompt reply from Mitchell, who immediately scheduled an appointment to meet me. After Mitchell came to my house, it was clear to me that they were not intimidated by the roof and actually welcomed the challenge. He also advised me that they are the insurance experts and could help me with my claim which was very important because I was encountering massive road blocks.
If you have never went through a large insurance claim process, it's important to know that some insurance companies make it very difficult to collect after a loss. They systematically try to wear you down to the point where you throw in the towel and give up. Mitchell was my guide through nearly a 2.5 month process with the insurance company. I was able to text or call Mitchell in the evenings, weekends, etc. He was always available as I navigated through the arduous claim process. The end result was getting the entire roof covered. If you have any sort of insurance claim Buffalo Roofing is without a doubt the roofing company you want to work with.
When it comes to the actual roof installation and finished product we couldn't be more happy. We had to wait for a bit to get one of the crews that could handle our difficult roof and knew how to install our designer shingles, but it was worth it. The main crew consisting of Joe, Chris, Tito and a rotation of hard working ground staff was excellent. The crew was very informative and always filled me in on the progress and answered any questions I had.
I highly recommend Buffalo Roofing. From the insurance process down to the finish product they do an excellent job.

Buffalo Roofing professionally completed our Roof work recently.
Mitchell was helpful and answered all our questions. He personally stopped by to check on the work done.

We just had our roof replaced by Buffalo Roofing. We worked with Mitchell and he was outstanding! He went above and beyond; we had no idea that our failing roof of 17 years would be covered by insurance, in full!! Mitchell met with multiple adjusters and answered all of our questions. We couldn't be happier!

The staff and crew of Buffalo Roofing is professional, knowledgeable and has expertise in working with the home insurance industry which, for us, resulted in insurance coverage for a new roof due to loss of shingles to an older roof during a wind storm. Our only out of pocket expense was the deductible. Buffalo Roofing does not recommend nor will they do a patch job and, as in our case, did a total tear off of the old shingles and replaced them with a shingle having a life span of 50 years and resilient up to a 130 mph wind. The crew was diligent, polite and worked hard to give us a beautiful and functional roof. They even returned promptly to address an issue. We highly recommend Buffalo Roofing and thank Todd, the owner, for his personal attention.

Hello Friends,
This Buffalo Roofing company can do it all! I contacted Buffalo Roofing company typically just like reaching out to any other companies around to get my Roofing done as well as my siding replacement and Mitchell *** contacted me within 15 minutes from my initial call. I asked if he could help me with my situation and he quickly replied YES. Also, he said they will work with the Home owners insurance company to deal with/address all queries and provide efficient support when required to answer all the issues/concerns raised by insurance company.
Later, Mitchell *** said he will give me a call back in few minutes. After frantically waiting for the call for 30 mins, Mitchell called me back telling me he then said he would have a crew at my house within an hour to put up a tarp with no additional CHARGES, I knew I found a person and company trust worthy. When I received the check back from my insurance company he came over and went over the scope with me and all other finance options. Mitchell and his team took care of the roof, took care of the leaks and took care of all the paperwork needed to get the depreciation back.
This company is the epitome of superior customer service! Like most large projects, along the way there were a couple of concerns that popped up during the process. Mitchell *** and his crew were their immediately and stayed to make sure that every concern we had was addressed to our complete satisfaction! The new roof was installed quickly and efficiently. Our yard was spotless once the crew left the jobsite. And most importantly Thanks to Todd (Owner of Buffalo Roofing company) came to my home on the same day after his crew left onsite and made sure everything was properly installed, handled and taken care, satisfied with the overall work, our new roof looks amazing! Thanks guys for going above and beyond for us! I gladly Paid BUFFALO ROOFING because they had treated me with great customer service and delivered on every promise they made. We had a metal roof install , but the sub contractor complained about the roof. And did a poor job. All of the corners are all different. A trim piece is missing. I have made many attempts to have this situation fixed. This incident happened in May 2017. And this issue is still unresolved

I can't believe this company is still in business! The company took our down payment for a gutter job where I work and they still did not finish the job after 6 months. The work they did was substandard and needs to be redone. They installed gutters that were connected to nothing. When calling the manager and owner regarding the poor work they would send someone out the next day and then did not send anyone out for a week at a time.
DON"T HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Revdex.com spoke to Brian at the business and the following was relayed: The job was sold in September of 2015. We were informed that they were out of town in October and unavailable. There was a miscommunication between the salesman and us and we were under the impression that the job was to be put off...

until the spring. I did reach out to the customer and apologized for the miscommunication on our end and did offer a discount. I am waiting for the customer to return the call, we are prepared to begin the job within the next 2 weeks.

We  contacted client yesterday and let them know we were installing the roof as soon as we had a clear forecast... we also were in the process of delivering special order gutter materials and the roof supply today, unfortunately client made the complaint. We will communicate with client and...

either install the job as planned or refund the small material deposit. The weather continuously dictates our schedules and can postpone projects and often does in WNY. We apologize to our client for the delays and will work to bring 100% satisfaction.

Revdex.com spoke to Brian at the business and the following was relayed: The contract was signed at 11/30 or 12/1 and states within 6-12 weeks pending weather. Guys are on site right now, although we are not sure it should be done in this weather it is expected to be done today or tomorrow.

Buffalo Roofing: “We  contacted client yesterday and let them know we were installing the roof as soon as we had a clear forecast…” Clarification: This is, in plain English, a lie.  Buffalo Roofing claims they contacted me on 10/25, but they did not.  If they had, I would not have submitted by Revdex.com complaint on 10/26.  I submitted my Revdex.com complaint at about 9a.  I left a voicemail (because I again was unable to reach a person) at about 12p to cancel the job/contract.  Buffalo Roofing showed up at my home without any notice at about 5p to deliver materials.  I declined delivery of the materials, which the delivery person challenged.  When I indicated that I had cancelled the contract earlier that day, I was provided a phone number directly to a person named Todd, who confirmed and accepted my cancellation.  Buffalo Roofing: “The weather continuously dictates our schedules and can postpone projects and often does in WNY”. Clarification: I completely understand that weather dictates their schedule for roofing jobs and that the weather forecast changes frequently in this area this time of year.  The weather does NOT dictate their ability to communicate with their customers.  I had left several messages over the prior couple weeks, simply requesting any sort of status or estimate for start date. To provide context for my point of view, I signed a contract with Buffalo Roofing on 9/15.  My 50% down payment of $1000 (not a “small material deposit”, as they describe in their response) was cashed about 1 week later (9/22).  At 2 weeks after my deposit check was cashed and 3 weeks after signing of the contract, I still had no contact from Buffalo Roofing.  I let another week pass, understanding that weather was probably delaying multiple jobs.  Then I tried to contact Buffalo Roofing every few days for the following 2 weeks, but no response whatsoever.  Then I reviewed Buffalo Roofing on Revdex.com and found an “F” rating with Revdex.com published details indicating that Buffalo Roofing did not renew their business license(s) with Erie county, but did not yet file my complaint…I allowed a couple more days for Buffalo Roofing to contact me.  When I tried calling the morning of 10/25 (or maybe 10/26), the primary phone number Buffalo Roofing publishes for all their advertisement was “no longer in service” (automated message from the phone company).  This was when I finally submitted the Revdex.com complaint. Now to be fair to Buffalo Roofing, they (Todd) did accept my cancellation and indicated that I would receive a check in refund of my deposit in about a week.  If/when I receive the return funds, I will consider this dispute closed to my satisfaction.Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Brian at the business and the following was relayed: I am going to reach out to the customer today and he will be refunded in full either today or tomorrow, whenever it can be arranged to meet with him.

We left a message for the customer and apologized for our mistake. The gutter portion of the job is scheduled to be installed on Monday November 23rd. There is no excuse for the incomplete work and we are working better at internal communicatio to try and avoid these situations. Thank you

Buffalo Roofing has been out to my house 2 times that past year. Both of times with Wind damage. They were wonderful. On time, courteous, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
