I have contracted with this company for years and have found them, prompt, thorough and genuinely concerned about their customers I have even recommended them to family members They show up when promised, take care of any issues and go over and above what I expect as a customer

I can't say enough good things about Bug Brigade I found them online and my first question was regarding treatments safe for pets *** assured me that they would be careful to ensure that nothing would affect the animals They are willing to work with your schedule when making appointments Not only do they treat the inside, but the go the extra mile and search outside for 'nests'
*** and *** have both serviced my residence, and are always prompt, professional and very friendly, even to the cats who try to help them

Very quick to react to a termite problemEvan was here within a couple of days after we first noticed the problem I sent him pictures and he was able to determine what they were and he was here to complete the treatment in a few days He and the others have been very responsive and very personable

I have used Bug Brigade for a few years now! *** (the owner) *** & *** are great! Bug Brigade does our sub terrainian termites, pest and fire ant service! We are also quoting TAP attic insulation through them! It insulates your attic while also keeping out pest like mice and squirrels! *** has come out if we ever had a need for service in between our three month visits also! They are a great company! I would highly recommend them for ALL of your pest needs! Don't forget to get an insulation quote as well!

I have had Bug Brigade doing my pest and termite services for many years. What great people to work with. If I have a problem, which rarely happens, a technician is there that day or the next morning and solves it. I recently had a large outdoor party and Bug Brigade came out and applied a mosquito service which worked great. Everyone was able to stay outside all evening with only a mosquito or two about the whole evening. Recently [redacted] came buy to perform an outside service. Great job Mike, thanks so much.

One annual payment that's well worth the excellent service and personal attention provided. I really like that we've been having the same technician coming out for treatment for years as you get to know them and they remember and keep track of any specific issues that might have popped up in the past Also, if it's not our usual technician [redacted] that stops by, than it will likely be the owner [redacted] himself whom provided the initial treatment himself years ago when I first signed up. Very pleased.

We had a big problem with ants. We called Bug Brigade and they sent [redacted] to our home. He was very knowledgable and nice. He took care of our problem in just a couple visits. I would tell everyone to call Bug Brigade if they have a problem.
