One week after moving into a rental property in Orlando my husband and I realized the house was infested with ants and roaches. We were stressed out and overwhelmed, so we called Bug Brigade, without any prior knowledge about the company.
[redacted] was at the house the next day and I felt like I had known him forever. He immediately put me at ease and assured me that he would be at the house weekly until there was no trace of the bugs. He spent a solid hour at the house and came back the following week to make sure we were satisfied. Throughout both visits I could not help but recognize the pride he took in his job and the respect he had for the company he worked for.

[redacted] went above and beyond - he was even caulking holes in the floor (not his job... totally our landlord's problem but he didn't care). He made it clear that if I saw any sign of an ant or cockroach I was to call him and he would be back.

This company is different than the rest. If you want someone who will be out the next day and who will take their time to make sure the job is done right, these are your guys. They will make you feel like you are their only priority. I'm sure all of the employees are great, but I can guarantee you that if [redacted] walks up to your house, you'll feel like he's an old friend stopping by to check in. He genuinely cares about you and your family's well being. You will immediately sense that you are in good hands and that whatever pest control issue you are facing will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that Bug Brigade is the BEST pest control company out there. I have had them for 8 years for that reason. Their techs are well trained, professional, and always are willing to go the extra mile for the customers. My entire family, and some of my neighbors also uses Bug Brigade. Recently [redacted] one of their service techs, came out to my house for their routine treatment. He made sure every part of my house was well protected. His attention to detail, professionalism and customer service was impeccable.
