I would need further information to reply to this complaintClient did not give any information about vehicle and the only thing that remotely matches client in my system was not purchased 1/1/2015.

Spoke to customer this morning and he got the problem resolved and is happy with the result

All warranty and Gap products are disclosed and signed for whether the customer accepts or denies them, in this case the client declined all coverage's and signed an "as is statement" As a company we tried to work with the customer and pay half of the repair bill after the customer put
miles on the vehicleWe feel we did due diligence to try and resolve the issue

This vehicle was picked up and transported to repair facility for the customer May 6thI do not understand why he is making another complaint days after vehicle was picked up for repairs?

And so they haven't been able to see my complaint or anything? Their Revdex.com service isn't working?

What is the Purpose of Idaho’s Lemon Law? Commonly known as a “lemon law,” Idaho’s Motor Vehicle Warranties statute was enacted to help protect you when you buy or lease a car, truck or van that is subject to an applicable manufacturer’s written warrantyNothing in Idaho’s lemon law limits or affects your rights or remedies under other laws. Idaho lemon law only applies if the vehicle is still under manufactures warrantyThis law does not apply here

If Mr*** was telling Auto Credit about foot surgeries, he was telling the wrong companyPhoenix Financial LLC was his finance companyThere were several attempts to contact the client on his personal phone and by calling his work in December and January/ February 2014, when we
did speak to him he would say he forgot about making a payment, we have no where in notes regarding unexpected foot surgeries and we did call and verify he was a full time employee for the employer we were callingThe vehicle was then repossessed 2/13/for non payment- it does not matter how many payments are left, unpaid account is still such, unpaid. The vehicle went thru the auction process and was sold, Phoenix Financial did send out a final letter after the auction letting him know the account balance and then again another letter was sent to him before we sent it out to 3rd party collections in March Mr*** has had plenty of time to contact Phoenix Financial or the 3rd party collection agency to try and resolve the problem, remaining balances do not just fall off of a credit report, nor is is required to be removedThe remaining balance is due. This is the first Phoenix Financial has heard from this client since before the repossession, we never heard from the client after the vehicle was picked upAuto Credit will not sell to this customer until the remaining balance is paid on the old repossessed account. Other dealers will pull a credit report and see that he has a previous repossession and make their own decisions from there, we have no control over that. We do not believe we owe this client any refund of vehicle purchase as he signed a legal binding contract to make payments and if not the vehicle may be repossessed and legal action taken

I believe client has been taken care of to his satisfaction over the weekend of 1/9/at the lot of purchaseHe spoke directly to the general manager and they got the vehicle fixed and client agreed to rescind his complaint.

Customer purchased an AUL with this vehicle, if these issues really were happening within her allotted month/ miles she had an opportunity to have the issues looked into at any repair facilityCustomer has been asked to bring vehicle in to be looked at and can never make the open
appointment times.

Client has had several repairs done using her AUL warranty that was purchased with the vehicle in November of 2016, these repairs are what the AUL is forCustomer did sign an "as is agreement " at the time of purchase.

I believe the customer is working with Auto Credit in Post Falls to resolve his issue

I believe the problem with the vehicle has been taken care of as of March 7, To my knowledge customer is happy again.

We are not a high pressure sales lot.We go out of our way to accommodate every customer that comes our wayThis situation was no differentThe General Manager of Auto Credit investigated your complaintHe spoke to Randy ( your sales person) and he said you picked the Dodge out from one of
our other locations and we had it transferred to the Hayden lot for you to seeHe stated you were excited we were able to get you approved on the purchaseI am sorry if you feel the store manager was rude to youIt is not the practice of our store managers to be rude to customersBuyers remorse is a condition we deal with quite often in our businessFrom what I can read in your complaint it feels like that is more what is going on then what you were statingWe would be glad to help you trade out of your new truckWe will need to follow bank guidelines and go by what they are willing to approve you forThis is an olive branch that we are willing to extend, however it is time sensitive and would need to do it right away in order to help you out.

The customer has been taken out of the original vehicle he purchased and put into another vehicleHe continues to complain about the 2nd vehicle he chose to purchaseThe lot has tried calling and leaving several voicemail's to please contact the lotThey have sent emails as well and
customer is not responding. We have already contacted the bank that was going to fund this contract and asked them to please not fund this dealAt this point we would like the customer to return the Nissan Pathfinder, as it will not be paid for per our request and Auto Credit will return his trade Customer does need to understand the legality of signing a contract, there is no day right of rescission on used vehicle purchases when he initiated the transaction at our locationThis agreement is completely voluntary on the part of Auto Credit

Customer did purchase this vehicle as is/no warrantyShe purchased vehicle 3-1-with the stipulation that the dealer would evaluate the brakes- which we did do on 3/9/and we replaced a brake drum and cylinder, added fluid and test droveBrakes were fine as of this dateCustomer signed for
work done and left the lotNo other warranties were written or impliedThe PCM part number was matched to the vehicle at the time of purchase, again vehicle was in working order when it left the lotCustomer still owes a down payment on vehicle that she has neglected to pay or communicate with dealer on.

This cannot be resolved without proper informationCustomer needs to give me vehicle information for the vehicle she purchased from Auto Credit, which lot location she purchased it from, who she originally financed thru and was complainant the only person on the contract?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and yeah I have used my AUL for several repairs on this vehicle, but my car is still not repaired even after the warrantyI’ve also had to do several major repairs that weren’t covered by my AUL warrantyAlso my check engine light turned on five minutes after signing papers to buy this car so I believe they covered / hid the check engine light for so long until it turned on again so someone would buy the carAlso this car was pushed on meI was interested in other cars but my salesmen would only work on this car with me so I think they were trying to get rid of a damaged vehicle and totally played me because I’m a young woman.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was sold a car with a bad engine on DAY 1--the dealership acknowledged that there was "something wrong" but to continue to drive it, which I did, Idaho lemon law states states that you can put up to miles on a vehicle. I returned the vehicle withing minutes of purchase, however, they were CLOSED!!!, I left the vehicle there indicating that something was wrong. The vehicle is a lemon plain and simple, I let them know on day one and they refused to accept my return only to continue to drive it and "see what happens." Well, we know what happened, the engine blew and now they want me to pay for it? This is not right. This company is crooked. Do Not do business with them they will not accept responsibility and they did not try everything to work with me. Return my money and take back the CAR!
Sincerely,
