Review: I placed an order on 9-4-15 and finally received a partial after several e-mails and phone calls inquiring about the status. The website consistently claims to fulfill orders and ship within 3-5 business days. I received a partial order on October 5, 2015 and immediately submitted an e-mail to the order department notifying them that 17 items were not included in the shipment. I have since sent numerous e-mails inquiring without a response. Since I had prepaid my order, I feel something needs to be done immediately.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the 17 additional items that were not included in my delivery of 10-5-15. If they are backordered I would like to have the amount refunded to my credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that I will accept this resolution. I am unhappy that the money was sent to me through paypal instead of issuing credit to my credit card, the way I paid.

Review: I placed an order on 05/26/2014, my credit card was charged on 05/27/2014 for $40.49. I received a confirmation email of the order on the 26th. I've never heard anything since. I emailed them 3 times, once through regular email to their [redacted] and twice through their website on my account "requests" page. You enter your inquiry and a pop up shows it went through, then you log back in and it states that you have no requests in the last 30 days.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my product and be done with them. Or give me a full refund and I'll go elsewhere. Simple.

Review: I tried ordering sample packs from this company on January 14th, 2014. My account. Was charged automatically and I assumed my product would be on its way In a week or so. After two weeks my product still hadn't arrived, I emailed the company and telling them that I have not received it yet. I was told that it is processed in the order that is received, and that I should get it by the end of the week. Again I waited a week and still had not received my product. I email a second time, and was told that my order is being processed that it should be in at the end of the week. (Right after that email I had received an email stating that my order had been processed.) Again, I waited and nothing had been delivered. I waited 2 weeks in total and them finally emailed them my third time and fourth time and have no received any other emails back from them. All I want is to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge on my card to be credited back to me. And since I have waited for a month and a half on my order. I would like them to send me my product like I originally desired.

Review: I placed an order for bath teas in the amount of $203.05 on 2/28/14. I have still not received the product. I contacted them at least 5 times. Initially, they told me they were having some problems with a supplier. So I waited. They then apologized for the delay, still I waited. They have now not responded to my last 2-3 inquiries at all. I thought they were out of business for this reason which is why I looked them up on Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order, if not, I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered products totaling $33.95 on May 22, 2013. I never received the products. After several attempts to contact the company, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled on June 19, 2013. Review: I ordered 6 samples sizes of bath salts from this company, along with 4 sponges and one 5 pound bag of vanilla bath salts in the color white. I received my delivery and noticed that the 5 pound bag of bath salts was missing. The box they shipped my items in would not have even fit a 5 pound bag of bath salts. I saw that I had an extra sample size (1.5 ounce) and saw that it was vanilla bath salt in the color white. They sent me a sample size instead of a 5 pound bag! I have emailed the company 5 times and have also emailed them on their website twice! I also called their phone number and left 2 voice mails. They can see on my order invoice that I paid $8.99 for a 5 pound bad of Vanilla Bath Salts in the color White (order number: [redacted]). Please help me reach this company, I need my product for my sisters bridal shower! Seeing all these reviews on this company, I would have never ordered from them in the first place!Desired Settlement: Please help me get my correct order. I spent money on this item and I am very upset that I feel like I have been scammed! I should have checked the companies reviews first.

Review: I placed an order for (2) 5lb bags of bath salts. On their website they advertise a 1-3 day processing time and that the order is shipped USPS Priority Mail. I placed my order on 07-27-15 and need the items for party favors for an event 08-08-15. I have reached out to them twice thru their email and twice thru their on-line contact us form. I have received NO RESPONSE to any of my communications to them. I have read several other Revdex.com complaints and they all seem to have the same issue, lack of response from this business and excessively late delayed shipping. They falsely advertise as they advertise 1-3 day processing of orders. This is obviously not the case.Desired Settlement: I need my bath salts with 2 days at this point. If my order has not been processed and shipped I no longer want it and would like a full refund.

In addition, there should be some sort of consequence the business faces for false advertising to so many people. If they can't handle the order volume they should be required to change their website to reflect APPROPRIATE processing times. I'm sure many consumers would go elsewhere rather than wasting their time trying to track down orders they are waiting on
