Around 2013,siding was installed on this property, *** * *** *** *** *** ***, by Bullseye Roofing via an insurance claim through AAA WisconsinEver since then, we had problems with the siding falling offWe had to pull hairs to get them to come out and fix the problemTo this day, siding falling off of this property, Bullseye claimed to the Revdex.com that our warranty was upWe haven't communicated with Bullseye for over a year other then me leaving messages or email with Bullseye never answering themWe never received documentation about warranties so we assumed the warranty is as long as we own the propertyWe feel we don't have to pay for work that was improperly installed. We would like to see the warranty papers that we never received. We also would like for Bullseye to stop saying these claims about communicating with us via email or telephone [ we have caller ID and voicemail but no record of them calling]We would also like to have our siding repaired at no cost, This is are fourth claim on them with Revdex.com

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Bullseye has not filed the lien so what [redacted] is saying makes no sense.  It is the supply company that delivered the roofing materials that has placed the lien due to [redacted]'s failure to pay the bill even though  it was Angela who told me that it was paid out of the first installment.  The supplier is coming after us because of [redacted] pocketing the money and not paying for the supplies up front as should have been done and has been stated being done verbally over the phone to me.  I have talked to the supplier more than once now and fortunately some people were smart enough to have not paid anything up front.  They have been able to pay the supplier directly to get the liens off.  For the rest of us [redacted] is screwing us over.  $637 will not pay for what is owed.  If he will pay the difference to the supplier then I will send the remaining $637 direct to the supplier as he would be more than happy for me to do that.  I am not giving [redacted] any more money to then disappear and cheat us out of more money.
Regards,
[redacted]

This customer siding was installed over three years ago. It is past its warranty. The customer has been notified to hire and pay out-of-pocket to have this repaired. As this again is past warranty status. Customer is looking to have free repairs completed.

We are projecting to complete this project in March as our roofing crews are returning weather permitting

The supply house did not file we are the supplier. We filed the lien and will not remove until paid

We have informed this customer that her warranty for installation is far past and to make any repairs would require a service charge. At this time we are happy to make repairs at a billable rate

repairs have been corrected. We would be happy to send a rep to do a walk around with homeowner. Bullseye proudly stands behind their work. In this case, the labor warranty has expired per contract, yet we were more than happy to resolve issues at no additional cost. We also would be more than happy to continue to do so for homeowners peace of mind.

Bullseye has not received final payment

Review: Bullseye sided a duplex I own and some of the siding came loose last winter. At that time the work was still under warranty and I was told it is normal for the siding to come loose. I have asked at least three times for someone to go and repair the loose pieces before any further damage occurs. I have been told someone would come out but no one has. My tenants are pretty much home bound and would know if anyone was on the property. I have asked to be called and have heard nothing. Here it is winter again the siding is still loose.

I need this fixed and should not have to hire another company to repair Bullseyes workDesired Settlement: Go to my duplex and fix the loose siding. Make sure you let me know when you are going so I can be sure a tenant is home and can show you exactly what needs to be fixed
