Review: After receiving payment for $12,000. to roof our house, we cannot get a hold of anyone in the company. We have attempted multiple phone calls, and have never been able to reach anyone, just a mailbox. The service was never provided.Desired Settlement: We wish a refund. I do not want anyone to ever have the same horrible experience that we have had.

You along with over 1,500 other homes are in need of full roof replacement due to storm. We have negotiated a price to do the replacement with your insurance company. We also were given up to a year to complete per your insurance company. Our contracts also allow us up to a year to complete, as again we are dealing with a catastrophic storm and have alot of families homes to address. We were recently hit with a good hail storm and Bullseye came out and handled everything from start to finish. From the initial appointment for inspection to let us know what damages there were and what we should do to the meeting with the adjuster and doing the work on our home. They have fantastic crews that get the job done in a timely manner and their work is absolutely amazing. My house looks like a brand new home! We would highly recommend Bullseye to anyone!

We were promised all this wonder full work down on our home and they did not do nothing they promised to do. Did not here from them in a year after they took our money. We have relentlessly called them for 3 months and again they said they would give our money back and we r still waiting. They even promised us they could get more out of our ins company so we could packet it .We were told the house down the street got extra money. we did not want that we just wanted our house fix

The professionals at Bullseye took very good care of both my commercial and residential properties after a hailstorm hit this summer. They made sure that I got ALL the damages covered by my insurance company. The work was done right, timely and professionally just as they said it would be. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a company to make all the repairs to their property to use these guys. It was a very smooth process throughout where I didn't have to put forth much effort at all to get everything done. They took care of all the hard work and made it very easy for me.

I have been calling every week for two months now and keep getting the same answer.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to just come out and fix it like they promise.

The people at Bullseye Roofing were awesome to work with. The sales people were very knowledgeable, the contractors were very courteous and clean and management handled all the insurance claims and dealing with the adjusters and my house looks great.

Review: I have call [redacted] and [redacted] on 1-22-15 and 1-23-15 and 1-26-15 left message on both of there phones and never call me back. I have email [redacted] he answer on 1-23-15 he try to say he didn't get any messages then didn't hear anything from him again I sent him a new email on the 1-26-15 said he would schedule someone to stop out know one came and then all of sudden on Feb.11 he left me a message my installer well be stopping out tomorrow or Friday well its Friday at 550 and know one cameDesired Settlement: just would like them to come out and fix it for the 2 time it felling off it in the back of the house bottom level the first one

Which the weather has not cooperated over the past couple of weeks. Our installer will be out to make repairs.

We had Bullseye out to put a new roof on our home. Their retail prices are amazing and hard to pass up! They did a fabulous job on our roof and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! I will definitely be passing Bullseye's name along to friends and family!

My parents had hail and wind damage to their home. Bullseye did a fantastic job from the start of it with handling the insurance company to the very end. I would recommend them to any who is looking for a great siding/roofing/general exterior company!

Our home was recently affected by the Aug 2nd hail storm here in Mukwonago. Our insurance company denied damages to our property. Yet our neighbors next to us and across the street from us were told their roofs were a total loss by their insurance company. We had asked Bullseye to assist us, seeing they were able to successfully assist our neighbors. Within a few days, Bullseye had our adjuster back out. Upon re-inspection, our roof too was deemed a total loss. We can't thank these guys enough!!!

We had a storm hit our area and contacted Bullseye to help us with the insurance work that went along with filing a claim. Bullseye did a phenomenal job getting the work done and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Bullseye to our family and friends.

From the initial inspection to the finishing of the siding I could not have been happier. My dealings with Amy, John, Shane, and the contractors that worked on my home as well as the other team members were the very best. They were professional, they communicated well and assisted me with my homeowners insurance which was particularly helpful as I am the sole owner of this home and had not previously filed a claim with my homeowners insurance.
I was also extremely impressed with how QUICKLY this job was done! Two days from start to finish and my home looks like BRAND NEW! It was done so very well and I could not be happier! I was so pleased with my dealings that I have referred my neighbors who are also having work done - I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Shane and Neal did an amazing job of rescuing me and my roof after a previous contractor left town with my money. He dealt with an extremely difficult insurance adjustor on my behalf and was professional throughout. He stayed in contact with me through the steps of the insurance process and spent about 5 HOURS up on my physical roof just between the adjustor and then the specialist to get me the best settlement. The workmanship was well done and quickly done. It looks wonderful. It is not often that I feel so strongly about a vendor, but Bullis is a fair, honest, caring business. Highly recommend. We had Bullseye out to put some new windows in our home. They exceeded our expectations & did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Review: [redacted] from Bullseye Remodeling agreed to repair or replace all hail damage done to our home and garage.

We signed a contract and gave a $4000.00 check as down payment.

The waiver of lien was not given to us, nor was the W-9 form.

We received both forms from our insurance company and sent them certified mail to have Mr. [redacted] complete and return to us.

We did not receive any reply.

We hired a private home inspector to verify the roofing on our house and garage was done to our agreement.

The inspection report confirms inferior work and is not esthetically correct.Desired Settlement: To receive our $4,000.00

Have the waiver of lien and W-9 form completed and given to us so we can receive the remains of our insurance check.

The reason we have not given a w9 or lien waiver is because we currently have a lien filed on their property. We completed the work per the insurance scope of work. Mr.[redacted] refused to pay us for completed work. We have informed there mortgage company we have yet to be compensated for work done. The mortgage company is assisting us as to secure the funds as we proceed with the lien process.
