I have tried to cancel my subscription month after month. I get emails saying my subscription was canceled yet I continue to get billed for them. No one over there seems to know how to properly do this.

The unauthorized amount of $108.00 was charged to my credit card after I put my subscription to Bullymake (box) on hold via email correspondence.

I ordered a 3month subscription. On Nov 19, 2017, prior to the subscription renewing I emailed the company in accordance to their terms that I would like to put my account on hold until further notice.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the service or products I assure you.
In fact, Chassis absolutely LOVES the items. In fact, they are still around, hence putting the subscription on hold for a moment.

I am just trying to gauge the correct time frame for future boxes. The longevity of all the toys on these past shipments will help with that task. I will "be back" but I just need a brief moment.

Am I to assume you will indeed handle putting boxes on hold until I put into motion future shipments for Chassis?

I would like to cancel my subscription for now. I believe I signed up for 3 months and that is complete after this last shipment. How do I go about accomplishing this?

On Dec 12, 2017 I received an email that my credit card was charged $108.00. I immediately emailed the company requesting my CC be credited as I my account was on hold (Ref#XXXXXX) & they stated they did not receive my reply so hence I was billed for a new 3 month subscription on Transaction #1224-7037 (Ref# XXXXXX). I sent a copy of original email.
This is the last email I sent:

For the FINAL TIME, I want my credit card credited for the unauthorized amount of $108.00 IMMEDIATELY!The box which you shipped UNAUTHORIZED will be returned at your expense (if any is incurred).

I would however like you to provide a phone number so I may contact someone personally regarding this issue.I am tired of emails and tired of being dismissed. I will be waiting for this information.

Per my email I wish my credit card, which they were not authorized to do, be credited the $108.00 and they will pay for the product they shipped (unauthorized) to be returned to their company.

My subscription was not canecelled when I requested it to be. My cc was then charged and they are refusing a full refund.
I emailed this business to cancel a subscription service a month prior to the renewal time. I was hounded by emails assuring my subscrition was cancelled but continually trying to get me to change and continue my subscription. I eventually stopped responding because I just wanted the service cancelled. About 3 weeks later I was notified that my cc was charged another $258. I immediately emailed them letting them know that I had cancelled about a month ago. They told me because I stopped responding that they never cancelled and that my next months purchase was already in the queue and could not be cancelled. They would refund me for the other 5 months of the subscription. I told them this was not acceptable as I had cancelled a month ago and nothing less than a full refund would be accepted. They continued to pass me around to different representatives who told me I should have cancelled before my card was charged. When I responded that I had cancelled a month prior I would then receive an email from yet another different employee telling me again that they would not refund the full amount.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund for the service that I cancelled a month ago, but was charged for anyway.

My dogs don't like the toys, they send the same treats every month. I have email confirmation that my subscription was cancelled & never got a refund
Paid $372 on 7/06/17 for the best monthly subscription price (1 year), it says under their FAQ - to cancel just contact customer service. I contacted customer service "***" on 9/6/17 and was told my subscription was cancelled. I have email confirmation of this. I never got a refund and then received another box in October. I contacted customer service again on 10/30 and was told my RENEWAL was cancelled adn we do not issue refunds. This is not what I was told on 9/6. I have no use for this subscription box as my dogs do not like nor do they play wit the toys. I want the balance of my subscription refunded.

I would like the remainder of my subscription refunded and the monthly delivery halted.

I checked all toys box due to dog's sensitivity. I didn't receive an all toy box. I emailed and they stated they would fix the subscription to the all toy box. Next box again not all toy box. Toys are not anything special for a power chewer like they claim. Instead of swallowing plush toys your dog will be swallowing hard plastic. And the treats you get even though you enter a weight of over 60 lbs for your dog are too small to even go with the toys they send. They are about the size of his dog food actually. I sent one last attempt of complaint after a few days of no response I sent for them to confirm my cancellation. 2 months later I get an email my payment for my new box didn't go thru? Why are you trying to charge on a requested cancellation? ALSO note that on their site you can find a good rating because you have to be a registered customer..cant comment after you cancel. Nor while I was a member couldn't find where I could review. Power chewer buyer beware this is not the product they make it sound like.

False advertising. Their advertising stated their toys were made for heavy chewers. I have a medium size dog. He chewed up two toys within 24 hours. I let them know I wanted to cancel my subscription and get 50% refund as they could eat the treats in the first box. They told me a chewed up toy is not "completely destroyed" and they cannot do anything about it. They expect me to give my dog a toy with loose rubber they could swallow. They will not budge. They do not care about animals. False advertising. These toys are not durable. I found more durable on Amazon and Chewy. Their customer service is a F-.

This company is AWESOME! I have a 100 Bull Mastiff and he has gotten through every toy I have ever bought him within a couple of hours, that is until I started getting Bullymake! Their toys are durable and last for MONTHS! There customer care is also super responsive! The one time a toy was destroyed, they emailed me back within a few hours and I had my replacement by the next week. Great company and great product!

Requested replacement items and cancelation of subscription; pressured to continue subscription and did not receive adequate replacement items
I contacted Bullymake on 8/17/17 to see if it was possible to not have nylon toys included in our final box and to cancel our subscription. My dog had recently had a $1200 dental surgery because she'd broken teeth on nylon chews and I no longer allow them in the house, so I didn't want to have new ones arriving in our final Bullymake box. I have never allowed hard bones like knuckle bones, rib bones, etc., which is why we went with the all toy package originally, but I saw that some other boxes had included crunchy treats and soft jerky treats, so I did say that if it was too difficult to find enough toys to fill our box without using nylon toys we'd be ok with softer non-chicken treats instead of toys. Bullymake responded that they couldn't guarantee that the box would have no nylon toys since all boxes have at least one nylon toy in them, but I was told that I could request replacements for whatever I was unhappy with and my nylon products would be replaced with rubber ones.

When my box arrived, I contacted Bullymake on 9/1/17 to request replacements for the hard pig pizzle treats that I do not allow and for the nylon melon chew. I was asked to send pictures of the items I wanted a replacement for and I sent them and reiterated that we did not want any nylon toys or hard chews like the pizzles. I was thanked for sending the pictures and told that my request for replacement items was being processed.

On 9/16/17, my replacement items arrived and I just opened the package on 9/17/17. Inside was a nylon toy and a hard bone chew--exactly the type of items I had requested replacements for and asked to receive something different.

To make matters worse, the nylon chew was a toy that I had previously received in an earlier Bullymake box. After my original 3 months were up in may 2017, I had tried to cancel because we had gotten repeat items in 2 of our 3 boxes, but I was assured that I was receive more variety in my boxes if I continued the subscription for another 3 months, so I did. Despite that assurance, I still received repeat times when a second Jolly Pets Flathead arrived (a toy that my dog destroyed in minutes the first time it was sent and I had already requested a replacement for) and now I have received another repeat toy as a replacement.

During all of the contact with Bullymake, I was constantly pressured to continue my subscription and offered different deals like $10 off despite the fact that I kept repeating that Bullymake is no longer the right box for us. I understand that Bullymake is designed for power chewers and that many of those toys are nylon toys, which is why I wanted to cancel; after my dog broke her teeth on nylon chews, I no longer feel those are safe and Bullymake cannot provide the kind of products that we use anymore. I explained this in each email I sent and was still met with more requests to continue my subscription.

Between receiving exactly the items I specifically requested to not receive as replacements and having customer service representatives continuing to ask me if I was sure I wanted to cancel, I feel like Bullymake is not a company that really listens to customers or cares about the wellbeing of customers' pets. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied by the replacement items I was sent.

I sent a similar message outlining all of this to Bullymake on 9/17/17 and received the standard email saying my message had been received by the company has not replied to make things right beyond stating that my message was received.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the last month of my subscription since the original box that was sent did not meet my needs and the replacement items I was sent did not meet the promise the customer service representatives made. I do not need a refund for the full three-month subscription since we did not have complaints about those two boxes, but I would like to have a third of my money refunded. I do not want any more products from Bullymake and I would like them think about their customer service skills when a customer wants to cancel and also make sure that they actually fulfill the promises they make regarding exchanges.
