Tyler M. is awesome...he always asks for trouble spots and makes sure to "double up" on them. He is always on time or early...thanks Bulwark!

Bulwark has been a very positive experience. They are very dependable and go above and beyond to help you out with any pest issue. They are very reasonable priced and they come out whenever you need them. For the last 9 months we've had Lance as our service tech and he's always gives amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable. He always seems to be enjoying what he is doing and never makes you feel like a bother. I would recommend Bulwark to anyone

We have been using Bulwark for several years now and love them. Our tech, Eric B. is super friendly, easy to work with and does a great job. I especially love that they will come back out if you continue to see bugs after they treat.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. It is unfortunate they felt the need to lie in their response but not worth arguing about.

reoccurring visits. We now have this set up for [redacted] to where we must verbally speak with his family prior to treating their property. Many of our products are harmless to mammals according to the label. There will be no treatments with dogs present moving forward. Dear [redacted]     Bulwark exterminating will never charge for a service which the customer         does not approve of. When misunderstandings happen (and they happen in every company) we always refund the full amount of the charge...

in question.   We did so in your case.   We wished that you would have contacted us directly, at least once, to explain the misunderstanding and we would have resolve this without going through the Revdex.com.  Just to confirm, you did receive a full exterior treatment performed correctly as the second treatment is not an interior service.  We dropped all of the charges of both servicesentirely the first time we became aware that you did not desire it.  We also sent a bill to you showing a zero balance.  Best wishesThe Bulwark family

We at Bulwark do not run credit checks currently or previously for our termite and general pest customers.  This means we did not and will not report [redacted] to any such credit bureau.  The letters she received are computer automated and in house as a courtesy reminder of moneys...

owed.  This was not human error and has been taken care of to protect future customers. [redacted] was refunded every dollar spent at Bulwark Exterminating prior to her complaint even though some service was performed.  It is highly unfortunate that [redacted] did not experience our normal 5 star service.  The local employee responsible for this, no longer works for Bulwark Exterminating. We are one of the most honest and just fastest growing 5 star companies in the nation, but there will be growing pains.  Again we apologize for not being able to provide service for our new termite department.  We will have a note for 1 free year of general pest control waiting for [redacted] if she has a change of heart.

Bulwark has always done an excellent job. I appreciate how they are very flexible and gladly adjusting to whatever is going on in a given month, without any hassle. Chakhota S[redacted] in particular has been an awesome tech - he takes the time to talk, understand what's going on, etc - he goes above and beyond and it makes a big difference to me as a customer.

We have used Bulwark for a couple years now. They are always helpful on the phone, scheduling appointments, and always return if a problem persist. We have been serviced by Tyler M for the past 6 months and he does a wonderful job. he is friendly, asks if there is any problems and even cleans the spider webs. He does such a good job, thanks Tyler and Bulwark.

Alexa arrived on time and was very pleasant, ready to provide Bulwark service. She was engaging, listening to the specific concerns that we had about the pests we've been seeing (spiders) and that we have small kids that are fascinated by same... Including the little black ones (with the red hourglass on the underside...). She took our concern seriously and was studious in examining all the places little fingers might explore. Very pleased with the service that Bulwark has provided. They have been accommodating when we've had to reschedule a service and diligent about keeping us informed about their service of our property.

I had pest tech Alexa M. service my home. She was very thorough and meticulous about her work. But more importantly, she was very friendly and confident! She represents the company very well!

Lance was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough job around my house and property.

Bulwark does a great job- we haven't had any insect issues since they began servicing our home. Our service tech, Mason, always lets us know when he will be arriving and does a thorough job. We would highly recommend Bulwark (and Mason!).

Brady came out today to respray for me as I have had some scorpion sightings. He was so informative and took his time explaining things to me. I felt validated as a customer and know I am in good hands. The customer service is exceptional!
