Brady M[redacted] with Bullwark has been servicing my home some time now and he has been awesome! He is always very curious, prompt, professional, and takes time out to talk and listen to what is going on around the house in regards to bug control. It is nice to be able to see the same tech come out month after month to truly build a relationship with clients and not just provide a service because good relationships is good business. A++ Brady

Jay came out and he was not only one of the nicest employees from Bulwark, but did a very good job and I would love to see him again next time. Very happy with this company and we have been using them for over a year now.

Chris is friendly and communicates well. As well as doing a great job of covering the areas needed.

They did a very thorough job, were on time and very personable. I walked him through our property and showed him our trouble spots. He answered all my questions and Explained all the chemicals he used and what each one was for. We were very happy with the service.

We have been receiving service from Bulwark Exterminating for several years. We have NEVER been disappointed with their service or their techs. This time our "service person" was Elexa. She was as good OR better than the others. But, let me say - the others were good also. She listened to - AND did - everything that we asked her to do. Thank you, Elexa. And thank you to Bulwark. P.S. If you do need a "call back", within a few days of their service - which is very unusual, they are happy to do it at no additional cost.

We have used Bulwark for many years. They are dependable and conscientious. The tech, Mason did a great job.

My wife reached out to Bulwark Exterminating to initiate the process of contracting a pest exterminating company for our house. The initial in home visit was conducted while I was away for work and my wife stated that the technician was very professional and clean, but also very candid about costs and services provided. She appreciated this and his professional demeanor. The service technician would came to the house to provide the initial service was on time, clean, and very professional as well. He explained the process and what to expect in the coming days/weeks. He was polite and careful with our furniture, landscaping, and wall outlets. I give Bulwark Exterminating my highest endorsement and will be referring them to friends and family.

Mike is very professional. He asks the questions that should be asked to determine what needs to be done. He is efficient and thorough. He is timely, arriving within the expected time frame. Before he leaves he explains what was done.

Tyler M our Tech always gives us great service! Always let us know when he is arriving.

Mike, did a GREAT job and was very detailed in his work. I would like him assigned to my home each time it is sprayed.

Have been a customer for over 16 years for a reason. Dependable, courteous, and thorough.

Review: I prepaid for the service they were selling at Costco, Chandler and they gave me a card to contact. I called so many times. Either nobody answers or somebody answers and says I need to talk to a person named "[redacted]", and they transfer me to second person. Second person says it's different department and they say they need to transfer and after that the call gets disconnected. It happened so many times that I gave up and stopped calling. This is one of the worst experience I ever had and I wanted to share with Revdex.com, so that, other people will not be ripped off.Desired Settlement: They need to give me a full refund and still give one time service at the earliest to compensate for the hassle I am having to go through.

On Thursday June 13 tried contacting this person by calling the phone # provided. It went to voice mail, so I left a message for them to reach me and I have not received a call back from them. We are continually testing our phone system to make sure it functions properly. I can accommodate the requests made in the submitted complaint. I am just waiting to hear back from them. I will continue to reach out though, and will report any progress.
