We had an early appointment this morning and our plumber arrived right on time He seemed very knowledgable and was very patient with my husband who watched him and asked a million questions He completed the job in a timely manner, made no mess, and charged much less than we had expected His appearance was very professional and his work was impeccable We would definitely recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber!!!????

Jesus the technician from Bumblebee came out and performed an emergency repair on a Tuesday night Jesus was very professional and gave a very fair price quote before performing the repairs Excellent customer service!!!!

This company is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for Excellence is an understatement Mike and I spoke about an issue with which I was not totally comfortable even though I did not make that clear to the plumber, Dan Bwhen he was here Mike's response was "tell me what I can do to make you happy because when you are happy, Margie, then I am happy I explained how I was not happy with the faucet put in the kitchen and thought I had been charged a very high price for it also Mike said I should get what I wanted and he would send Dan back to our home and also refund about $if that would do the trick I would go out of my way to recommend Bumble Bee to any and all I doubt there is any plumbing company that can compete with Bumble Bee

Excellent service! After attempting to replace the Moen cartridge myself in our master bath shower the project turned into a fiasco The cartridge was stuck and broke into numerous piece Since the main water valve had to be closed to service the shower we had no water in the house We contact Bumblebee and Mike was dispatched almost immediately He had the cartridge replace and the water back on in no time Pricing was very fair for the level of response and service We highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing

We hired Dragonfly Lawn & Garden in April of to replace a retaining wall, add steps, and a walkway to our front doorEach Spring the structure of the steps has failedThe stones come apart and the stairs become dangerous and unusableLast Spring they repaired the stairsThis year has been a struggle to get them to repair the same stairs with a more permanent solutionI have been emailing and calling and emailing since March (2018)When I finally get responses they are filled with promises of "this week for sure" and nothing happens
The repairs should be covered under their year warranty
In addition to the above issue, the landscaper broke the pipe to our water main shut offHe replaced it with a random pipe he hadHe should have called Madison Water Utility to have it professionally replacedWe now need MWU to do an emergency pipe replacement since the replacement is not acceptable

They are very customer friendly Very prompt service and the scheduling staff are efficient They keep you well informed about your appointment time and always follow up
