Technician Jim installed two "tall" toilets in my home today A week or so ago, he came to my house to discuss my needs and to make suggestions He was altogether knowledgeable about where to go and what to look for in our search He suggested making a purchase at Home Depot and leaving both toilets at "will call"; we then provided him with the order number, and today he picked them up, brought them to our house, installed them, and removed the old toilets and cleaned up perfectly Jim worked every minute he was here, and he was altogether courteous and helpful in responding to our questions The company too was very much on top of the situation throughout -- responding to telephone calls and making calls to us when promised All company employees were courteous and helpful Thank you so much, Bumble Bee!

I contacted Bumble Bee on a Monday afternoon and set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon Kristina handled all the details and did exactly what she promised She called me on Tuesday to let me know Michael would be at my house in a half hour, and indeed he was Michael arrived, put on his shoe covers and inspected the work needed and gave me a quote I agreed to the price and he went to work, did an excellent job and was finished in about minutes He inspected the area for leaks several times, not just once He tested and retested my faucet, hoses, drains and disposal I was very happy I called Bumble BeeThey are local, honest and reliable

I have used Bumble Bee Plumbing a number of times and they are now my "Go To" company. I have used them for everything from a simple toilet repair to a more complicated sewer issue. They are very communicative and follow up on their service. While I think their flat rate book is a little unusual, it probably eliminates a lot of pricing issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bumble Bee Plumbing came highly recommended to me and with good reason! I called them to replace two difficult to access shower valves. Ken did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was professional, courteous and obviously knows his craft. This plumbing company is fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke to there was marvelous and accommodated my crazy schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

James, the plumber who responded to my call, did a great job in correcting the copper mess we created when we tried to fix a broken spigot. His work was quick, clean, and his response was prompt. He was courteous and worked to keep cost down.

This is one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Very different experience, from other plumbers I have hired. He was professional in appearance, and actions. Explained what needed to be done, and took care of it. He had to dig down to the water line, coming into the house. He left my yard looking like it did when he arrived. Amazing, as usually they leave a mess. His charge was very fair. Didn't feel like I had been taken advantage of. When needed, this will be the people I call. Also, recommending to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. It was an urgent situation as our mainline had stopped up and our bathrooms began to flood. Bumble Bee Plumbing arrived within 30 minutes from the time that I called and spoke to a live person on the other end of the phone. The problem was fixed as if it never existed at all.

All my recognition to this company a really customer satisfaction oriented model . During a Saturday I had a fatigue cracking issue in a high pressure water pipeline in my backyard, the one connected to the hose, it was necessary to open a hole in the house wall to do the repair. We had an early appointment this morning and our plumber arrived right on time. He seemed very knowledgable and was very patient with my husband who watched him and asked a million questions. He completed the job in a timely manner, made no mess, and charged much less than we had expected. His appearance was very professional and his work was impeccable. This company is the best. They were called in by my contractor to repair a shower leak and replaced a toilet. A slab leak was also discovered. The owner Mike came to the house while the other repairs were being done. He was patient never pushy and explained my options and cost. The repairs were completed and I was totally satisfied. Jesus(technician) handle the majority of the repairs. Jesus is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A couple weeks later I needed an additional shower repair in a second bathroom so I called for an appointment and asked specifically for Jesus. Prices were discussed before any worked was done. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone. If your looking for a ethical company you found one.

Jesus the technician from Bumblebee came out and performed an emergency repair on a Tuesday night. Jesus was very professional and gave a very fair price quote before performing the repairs. Excellent customer service!!!!

After the worst experience ever with George Brazil- Bumble Bee SAVED THE DAY. Tech Michael was beyond professional and did more than asked. Even cleaned up a mess that was left by another company. On time, gave a very reasonable quote, and was very pleasant. I have NEVER taken the time to give a review- Bumble Bee has a customer for life!
