Mike took a look at our situation yesterday, quickly identified the source of our leak, and discussed work we might want done . We considered our options, made our decision, and the job was scheduled for today. Mike and his assistants Joel and Tyler arrived first thing this morning. They were knowledgeable and skilled and did excellent work from start to finish. They installed a new water line from meter to house. They worked efficiently and enthusiastically as a team and willingly provided explanation and answers to questions and concerns.

We came home on a Saturday from vacation and noticed water in our front yard! After determining that the main line from the street had sprung a leak, we called several companies for an estimate to fix this problem We didn’t want our front yard dug up, so we were asking for a ‘trenchless’ replacement The estimates were from about $to over $ Two reasons we picked BumbleBee: 1) a fair price and 2) the professionalism of the approach and consideration from the person that came out to give the estimate (they came out on a Sunday!) Monday the yard was ‘blue-lined’ and Tuesday the guys showed up to do the workExcellent, professional, considerate, workers Even though a previous owner had done a rework of the main and more work was needed by BumbleBee, they stuck by their quoteWhen they left, no one could tell that any work had been doneBeautiful!! I contacted Mike, owner of Bumble Bee Plumbing last night due to my water heater being out He replied immediately and got some information to try to replace the heating elements The next morning, after finding other issues with the water heater, I contacted Mike again and told him I had decided to replace the water heater, not repair it He sent me an estimate within minutes and scheduled to complete the installation this afternoon He arrived on time, installed the unit very professionally, cleaned up the small mess, tested the heater and hauled away the old one I am 100% happy with the service and recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done
