I went to HomeAdvisor.com and within an hour or so someone contacted me We scheduled an appointment for the very next morning, early I was contacted before Ken Barrived, I was given his name, arrival time and then an email followed with his picture He arrived early, was courteous, efficient and honest I was very impressed with this company! Later, when I returned to work, I got a follow up call from them inquiring as to my satisfaction with the work I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing to anyone and will use them again if the need arises
We called Bumble Bee Plumbing and it was later in the day (around 6pm) and they were going to send a plumber out the next day Since my water was turned off, I asked if it was feasible to send a plumber out that evening I was called back right away and was told my plumber would be at my home within a half hour Mike Kcame and he was awesome! He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant He even did more than was expected I will definitely be a customer for life and will refer Bumble Bee to family and friends over and over again If you want reliable, star service, then call Bumble Bee!
We hired Dragonfly Lawn & Garden in April of to replace a retaining wall, add steps, and a walkway to our front doorEach Spring the structure of the steps has failedThe stones come apart and the stairs become dangerous and unusableLast Spring they repaired the stairsThis year has been a struggle to get them to repair the same stairs with a more permanent solutionI have been emailing and calling and emailing since March (2018)When I finally get responses they are filled with promises of "this week for sure" and nothing happens The repairs should be covered under their year warranty In addition to the above issue, the landscaper broke the pipe to our water main shut offHe replaced it with a random pipe he hadHe should have called Madison Water Utility to have it professionally replacedWe now need MWU to do an emergency pipe replacement since the replacement is not acceptable
Dan is very knowledgeable and logical He explained what was involved with the services he was providing He answered questions completely and was easy to understand He gave the cost estimates before starting the different phases and the actual costs were exactly the same The jobs were done quickly and neatly and clewas perfect
