Mislead and taken advantage of.
I trusted Brittany to file my taxes because my sister recommended her. Brittany told me that it was $75 to paper file. Which was no problem. She allowed the $75 to be taken from my sister's refund. She didn't mention nothing else about having to pay anything further for my return. I then provided her with my direct deposit information. I went to look over my return and saw that $586 was being taken from it. This did not include the $75 that was taken from my sister's return already. She claimed that it was bank fees. I've paper filed for 3 years and never had fees because money was deposited directly into my account. And that's why she was paid upfront. Brittany failed to mention that she did not use my information but used her own and this is where the bank fees came from. She also was suppose to have my sister's return sent as a check. Again, Brittany decided to have my sister's refund direct deposited into an account that sister did not know of. She did not explain why she does the things that she is doing. It is very unprofessional to not explain to a customer about their refund. Also, she never mentioned what she was charging my sister. I will also be reporting this to the IRS. She had no right charging me anything other then the $75 that she mentioned. She NEVER told me that she wasn't using my account. She failed to explain her filing process. She also paper filed my sister's other return and charged $75. Nothing more was taken. Now I'm trying to understand why she is lying about my money having bank fees when it should have only went to my account. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. Now she isn't answering our texts or calls because we've mentioned what we've noticed. I want my full $7697 not $7111.
I want my full refund or I will have take further action.
This is a false report filed by Ms.. The taxpayer was referred by another client Ms. *** and begged for discounted services; the customer was a bit odd and asked for services to be paid by the referring customer once refund was received instead of paying upfront for requested services. While preparing taxes all due diligence were exercised and during the preparation the client was informed of how services are operated depending on the way of filing taxes. Services rendered and received by B-United Tax; has not received payment for the year of 2019. Ms. proceeded to request for direct deposit and at that point she was informed of the IRS Bank charges and how the intercept all prep fees for the company and once processed we will reimburse if they deduct the full amount of tax preparation fee due to us only being able to discount fees up to a certain amount. Ms. seemed please with the ability to receive it direct deposit instead of receiving it by check. This unpaid customer was serviced and left satisfied with 7 children she brought with her to a place of business. it was very hard to manage business with her bringing an large group of children to our office. There were no complaints on the day she was serviced up until the day she decided to contact the owner by text messages consecutively throughout the day. She was informed to only call in to the office main line and refrain from using the director's telephone number. Now we are receiving this false allegation report. We would like to execute our rights as a business and stand up against those who attempt to slander our business.

This is not true. *** told us that it was ok to take the fee from sister's return. She never mentioned that my paper return was not paid for. She did not explain what needed to be explained correctly. This is what lead to all of the confusion. I had no choice but to contact her through text because she never answered and was never in the office. However, I did speak to *** after posting this review. She stated that the fee is only $79. She explained everything how she should have the first time. She then told me that if anything else was taken from my taxes, she would reimburse entire amount excluding the $79 fee. I am expecting 7697.
