Dear [redacted], Your son opted into our 28-day Trial for our Elimination Kit. First of all, nowhere on our site or order form does it say this is "FREE" trial. It says it is a 28-day trial to see if the product will work for the customer. For this, the customer agrees to pay $1.95 for...

S&H and has 28 days to cancel their trial. In order to cancel the trial, the customer must contact us for an RMA # and return the merchandise, used or unused. If not canceled, the customer is liable to pay $195 at the end of the trial as stated clearly on the terms & conditions your son agreed to before checking out. In fact, if he didn't agree to the terms & conditions by checking the box, the order would have been declines. Your son not only agreed to the terms & conditions clearly stated on our order form, but he also agreed he was over 18 years of age, this is clearly visible here: [redacted] This is not in anyway a scam, we have 100,000+ satisfied customers. You need to speak with your son about claiming to be 18 when he is in fact 14 and using your credit card without your permission. That is not something we are able to do for you. Thank you.

Hello,I don't understand why I am being charged 195.00 and now my debit card account has been frozen and I can't pay my bills because of fraudulent charges from Kyoku. My debit card was charged Feb * for 1.95 for your sample product that has made my son's skin worse that I just received last week. It has not been 28 days as I cancelled the next delivery yesterday 2/** which would have only been 23 days. I don't want 195.00 worth of a skin care product that doesn't work. This customer was emailed & called immediately after leaving a message however he never responded back to us. He has been contacted again today to deal with whatever outstanding issue there may be.

When I called the company originally at their customer service number they flat out told me I should have read the terms of service and that they would not be issuing me a refund even though they advertised the product differently. So calling them for an explanation of charges will not help me resolve my issue with the company if I have already reached out to them and was told they would not help me resolve the issue.

I have attached the original email which shows that I requested and clearly stated I wanted to cancel any membership on July [redacted] 2017. I also attached a recent email which was sent by Al.M fromm customer service stating that it was their mistake and that the money should be refunded. HOWEVER, I am worried that I will not be refunded. I also have more screenshots of my email if needed to show the response giving me my RMA# On july [redacted] 2017 and email saying that my subscription is canceled on July [redacted] 2017 if needed as well as [redacted] proof.  My primary concern is that throughout this process no one has not asking for any further information from me such as my name, order number, or phone number to confirm my account to be successfully canceled.  This is why I am worried that despite the email I will not get my refund.
