On 11/29/2019, my wife and I purchased a *** mattress and adjustable platform set from BMC Mattress on Colonial Dr. in Orlando. The salesperson that assisted us was ***. While making this purchase, we were advised that the standard platform was not available, and they would offer an alternative adjustable platform. I had expressed my concerns about the platforms not being correct for the mattress we were purchasing, because I have had this issue in the past with previous mattress purchases, and he assured me it would me a matched set even though they had to retrieve the platforms from another location. Upon delivery of the mattress on 12/4/2019, it was very apparent that the platforms were NOT matching as promised, and were not correctly sized either, overhanging the mattress by a considerable amount. The platform that was delivered is a *** brand platform. I visited the store to inquire about how to correct this, and provided pictures of the size discrepancy. After weeks of back and forth e-mails between us and sending another delivery team out to confirm my measurements were correct, they agreed to obtain the correct matching platforms and replace them for us on 12/23/2019. Since then, I have reached out numerous times inquiring about the availability and timeline of the replacement platforms that I were told would take a couple of weeks to a month to obtain, and have been met with responses of nothing available at this time to no response at all. My last inquiry with *** was on 1/24/2020 requesting a status update, and I did not receive a response until my follow-up on 1/27 advising that the issue needed to be escalated to his management team. I received a response on 1/27 advising me that the issue had been escalated, and to expect a call back by the end of the week. Here we are on 2/3, still no call back, and no platform replacement, 2 months after initial delivery of the product.

Our rep was AMAZING! Isidora was very helpful and informative. She aided me in selecting the perfect mattresses for my children. Wish I could give this place 6 stars!

John and Eyvonne worked very hard to help me find the best mattress to suite my needs. I must have tried every mattress in the store trying to find a match. Josh and Eyvonne were both wonderful to me and I think Josh got a complete weight lifting workout lifting and moving matresses so we could get at the next one I tested.
When I finally tried my first night of sleep, I went to bed in one position and woke up in the same position! For my back, this was a miracle.
