I had a great experience shopping for a mattress at BMC Mattress. Charles was very helpful and answered all my many questions. He even scheduled our delivery sooner than we expected. Even the delivery went was great as they set up the adjustable bed in minutes. I will definitely purchase another mattress from BMC Mattress. Greg F

We recently purchased a mattress from the Speedway store. Ed was very helpful and accommodating to our delivery schedule. We were pleased with the selection and service.

Jack B was our sales person he was great to work with very helpful with choosing a mattress for our needs. Returned our phone calls right away when we had a question. Delivery team was great as well and Professional they we’re very careful on bringing in new mattress through our home and set up went smooth. They honor the exchange program with a 100 % satisfaction guarantee on your mattress. We will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them as well.

Purchased mattress in good faith. it was delivered damaged. tried to negotiate ..now want refund and removal from my home
we bought a mattress at BMC on Murrell Rd , Rockledge Fl on 12-7-17 it was delivered on 12-9 Saturday ,late it is torn and I told them to stop and take it back , I dont want it. delivery boy said he could not take it back and he called his boss. told me to call the store manager . he told me to take it and he will change it out on monday 12 11. when I called him on monday he said he did not have another one he said he would look in the wharehouse and called me back and said he found something similar but not the same . I told him to refund my money that I did not purchase a torn mattress . he said he will not refund me ..he told me to take the other mattress. it took 3 hours of our time trying out mattress , I dont want a different one . he told me I must accept his offer. I said ok .he sent me a pciture . its nothing like I want or bought . I called him on Tuesday and told him to give me a refund ,pick up the damaged one . I also began a dispute with my credit card company . he set up a delivery for today wed dec 13 . after looking at the pictures I called him and again told him I dont want what he wants to send me . he said to me ,,well you did like the sterns and foster in here I can send you that and it will be another 700.00 ...at first I said ok ....just to stop argueing with this fella John ***. he called me back telling me it wont be today because he has to look around for a clean one . my husband a 100 % disabled veteran began to get upset and said we did not want to spend 1200. he is strong arming us to upgrade . its is not our fault they damaged the original purchase. so now I still have the mattress and they refuse to pick it up and they refuse to refund my money of 497. 57 . I do not want this mattress that is torn ...I want my money back . they are trying to scam us ....he is not able to give me the exact same product I bought . I am not able to give him another 700.00 right now ....so please help us to have him come here to get his defective mattress and give us our money back , thank you

We never received notice of this complaint, but I was made aware of it when we received notice of a complaint with ***. This customer already has received a refund, and also kept the merchandise. I do not know what other resolution she wants.

On Dec 13, 2017 I received a temporary credit from Discover my credit card.. This is still pending and open with Discover and they will issue me a permanent credit when the company BMC issues the official credit to my account.
As I said I notified the store manager at the very moment the mattress was delivered in my home. He said to wait till Monday and he would change it out . He is very aware of this situation . I have not kept the mattress just because I wanted to keep something I have not paid for . I am very willing to pay for a NEW mattress not a Torn one. You are very welcome to come to my home and pick it up and return my money . I have asked that from the beginning . Please issue me a credit on my
Discover card. If you want to pick it up , please do so . If you dont want to pick it up I will donate it to a homeless shelter. I will be very satisfied when you issue me a final official credit .

I have finally heard from the manager Mike *** at *** on Jan 4, 2018... He told me it will be resolved my the local manager in Orlando Fl. As of today Jan 9, 2018 I have a temporary credit on my Discover . They tell me they will make it a permanent credit . They tell me they will bring me a new mattress . As of today it is not done.
