I had my dryer vent cleaned by another dryer vent cleaning company, but it clearly didn't work I thought my dryer must be broken, so I called an appliance repair company who recommended Burn Clean When I called Burn clean, I was impressed with the gentleman with whom I spoke I felt so confident in his manner that I decided to have him come out re-clean my vents as opposed to having the original company make good on their service I was thrilled with the technician's work He took his time and made sure to show me his work along the way Very professional Will definitely use again and even to clean my chimney next time

Pete is not only very professional on the phone but in person tooPete and Tony, were the two men that came in to service our homeThey were extremely professional, knowledgeable, explained the procedures that were taking place and where they would be working in our home-basement or rooms
Pete and Tony were clean by laying tarp over the floors and very conscious of safety too in our home while they were working
We were provided with video -fed images showing the ductwork in our home with before and after pictures too
I give the Burn Clean Team an Excellent rating! Without a doubt a very thorough job was done, we are pleased and will have them back again for our fireplace ductwork too in the winterThis team comes highly recommended!

We have just had some chimney repair done. We were very pleased with the work that was done. Pete explained what was done and showed before and after pictures. The work was excellent. Pete is very personable and informative. He previously did some work for a relative of ours. He did excellent work and we were very pleased with Burn Clean.

Pete, my tech and the owner, was very professional. He always made sure he cleaned his shoes off before walking through my house. He setup a ladder and got my vent guard off and started cleaning right away. He hooked up a blower to the vent inside and then ran a brish through from the outside. It was snowing lint. ;-) He then cleaned up the majority of the lint before he left. His prices were well within reason and well worth the work he did. Would definitely recommend.

100% satisfied with Burn Clean's service. I recently had my AC unit/air ducts and vents cleaned by them and I am very pleased by their professional attitude and work. On time and ready to go, the team explained what they were doing at every step and provided a video monitor so I could watch the ducts being cleaned in real time. They finished before the time quoted and showed me exactly what they did to accomplish their task. Great job!

On time, expert job, all the right eqipment, experienced and knowledgeable, pleasant people, reasonably priced, what more can I say. I would highly recommend [redacted] and his crew and would not hesitate to use again myself. My service was to clean all the ductwork and it took about 5 hours but was done extremely well - [redacted] had the video camera moving through the ductwork to show me.

Very happy with the company. Very professional, covered floors to area where they were cleaning. Made aware of a dangerous problem with my heater that I was not aware of. If not for them I may not be here today. I had a serious blockage in my heater chimney. I am very lucky to have had these gentlemen come out to my home. The price was low and affordable and were here with the time period that they said they would be here. I would recommend them to anyone. Peter and his assistant were very polite and respectful of my home. Gave me good advice regarding using my wood stove as well. I would highly recommend this company for your chimney work.
