Absolutely outstanding job by [redacted] and his assistant.

Great, Professional and Friendly Service at a fraction of what the bigger companies charge. He cleaned my furnace chimney and was honest enough to tell me I didn't need to pay to have my fireplace chimney cleaned at this time, it was in good shape. He took his time and did a great job and he had no problem taking the time to explain everything he was doing. I am extremely impressed.

Pete was courteous on the phone when making the appt. and again when calling ahead. He met me with a handshake and card. He asked me to watch so I could understand how he was cleaning the chimney. He also gave me good tips for firedrills, etc.

I would recommend this company! The rate was about what I expected. The service was what everyone would want, but doesn't always get. With Pete, we did!

I don't usually take time to write reviews but I had such a great experience that I had to make sure that I did. I found this business on Yelp and after seeing positive reviews there I took a chance and I'm so glad I did!!! [redacted] is extremely professional and his team's work was impeccable. He was very responsive and kept me updated at all times. He also gave me a very reasonable price which was important for me as I had many expenses for my home come up at the same time. The vents in my home had a lot of soot from the oil heater and I was very worried about the air quality. They thoroughly cleaned all the vents and ducts and checked for mold etc. It's very difficult to find businesses that are fair, honest and provide excellent service so this was a very refreshing experience!!! I will be recommending Burn Clean to all my friends and neighbors!

We have just had some chimney repair done. We were very pleased with the work that was done. Pete explained what was done and showed before and after pictures. The work was excellent. Pete is very personable and informative. He previously did some work for a relative of ours. He did excellent work and we were very pleased with Burn Clean.

I had a new dryer vent installed by [redacted] in my house in October 2014. Very please with the service and the quality of work. Through no fault of [redacted]'s a small tear developed in the dryer hose in June 2014. One call to [redacted] and he was back at my house and fixed the problem. He assured me on the phone there would be no charge and his work is guaranteed. He was here this morning and replaced the dryer vent hose with new and the problem is fix. I highly recommend Burn Clean. Very neat, professional and clean. Thanks again [redacted].

On time, expert job, all the right eqipment, experienced and knowledgeable, pleasant people, reasonably priced, what more can I say. I would highly recommend [redacted] and his crew and would not hesitate to use again myself. My service was to clean all the ductwork and it took about 5 hours but was done extremely well - [redacted] had the video camera moving through the ductwork to show me.
