Confirmed with rebate company that two $30 checks were issued and mailed on October 9th. Left a voicemail for the consumer to let him know as well. Thanks
The device had a 2 year warranty starting on the purchase date of May 17, 2015. Regardless, this device SHOULD NOT break even after the warranty expires. As I said in my complaint, these things just don't break unless they are abused. The only way they break is by a manufacturer's...

I am rejecting this response because:Bushnell only replaced the device under warranty after I called and argued with their customer service department for 15 minutes. They also sent me a bill for $10 for return shipping of the unit that was covered under warranty. I again had to call customer service and waste 15 minutes of my time to have the bill for $10 cancelled. This is my 3rd Bushnell product and it will be my last. Your customer service is terrible. Next time I'll be going with [redacted]. Good riddance.
