Review: [redacted] called to collect money owed to Business Search online. I received a letter of closure after paying money however I have still not seen the original document that showing that I actually owed money. In October [redacted] called from the same agency indicating that I owed more money. They each sent me bills but I have not seen any documentation indicating that I had actually signed up for this service. This service is based out of New York and I live in Wisconsin.

I called [redacted] and she said a letter of closure will do and that I did not need the original document because all services are paid in full.

There is not amount recorded on the closing of accounts. I have not received any documentaion that I agreed to the services.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the money that I sent to business search online unless they can manufacture an actual signed agreement.

Review: The company claims we purchased online listings. We have never authorized an online listing and they keep calling us several times a week threatening lawsuits, finance charges etc. We feel this is a scam as we have been notified by other businesses in the area with the same complaints.Desired Settlement: no further calls or harassment

Review: This business is claiming that [redacted] owes $1648.35 for advertising online. I did not order or approve, never fall for this scam. They are calling and calling , will not stop bothering us. I e mailed them and asked that they stop, told them I did not owe, and it has gotten worse.Desired Settlement: Want no contact with them, stop calling, and why are they allowed to scam small business'??? Should be able to somehow fine them and put the scammer in jail.

Review: They keep calling and say we owe for online advertising from November 2013 to December 2014. I never placed or ordered any online advertising from them.This is a scam. I want them to stop calling.Desired Settlement: stop calling for payment and do not send any invoices for services I did not order

Review: There is a person by the name of Elizabeth M[redacted], of Business Search Online, who continues to call stating there is a balance of $922.20 that is due for placing our business information online. This company has called several times, but there has been authorization given to move forward with this service. I have asked for a contract several times and as of yet, there has been nothing produced. I have informed this person that this invoice will not be paid and that I am submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this company stop calling and faxing invoices for a service that was not authorized!!!!

Review: This company has faxed numerous false bills to us, we have never signed up for or authorized this company to do any advertisement for us.Desired Settlement: Stop calling our business and do not fax any bills.

Review: An [redacted] called claiming to be with yellow pages online and needing "final payment" to close our account. I have no record of an account with either of these companies. They claimed to have spoken with the owner and had our banks name as a reference. I asked for verification of them being a legit company and proof that I had an account with them. Their response was to fax me an invoice on which my business information was wrong. It, also, had nothing about yellow pages on it. I have searched online and on Revdex.com website and cannot find ANY information on this business. I feel that this is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and I want to put a stop to these kinds of scams.

Review: YP Online/Business Search Online claims we owe them money for a now-cancelled service. I've asked them two times to produce a copy of the contract and they have yet to produce one. They continue to call and leave messages regarding this bogus invoice.

It is my impression that they are purposely trying to deceive people by as there really is a business called "YP" that many business have.Desired Settlement: This business needs to be completely shut down! They are purposely trying to defraud people. On the invoice they sent, they do not have a web site and the email account used by the "rep" was a gmail account (a clear sign of fraud). Also, the rep called himself "Mike S[redacted]" but his email says "Mike B[redacted]" ...something is not right here.

Review: Our business has been contact by Business Search Online several times claiming we owe them $1300 for a national online search listing that we never authorized. They used the the name YP also. Mrs. M[redacted] said they had send us numerous bills and now our account is past due. When I told her we've never heard of them before and we didn't authorize any listings she ignored that and said we owed the money. When I asked for a copy of the contract or agreement we signed she said that would take too long to find but they have it somewhere. She called several times before a Mr. Spark called today offering a "substantial discount" before it leaves his office for collections. I told him the same thing and he said he wouldn't contact me again until he had the documentation/proof of our agreement.Desired Settlement: These people are scammers and should be arrested. Short of that, we want them to stop calling us and threatening us and our employees and our business. I am filing a complaint with the FTC as well.

Review: This company called stating they were YP and we have an outstanding balance of over $1,600. Since last year we had a similar situation of "internet advertising" from a different company and different location, I didn't get worried. We did not advertise with this company nor the company last year that called. I immediately asked for an invoice. She got upset and was very firm saying "you have not received our bill?". I said no and I would like an invoice. I asked her to fax it. She faxed it but there is no fax return line besides the date. We never advertised from this company. The description states "Service rendered for May 2014 - March 2015" which is not even a full year for 1495. No dollar sign, no .00, very bogus. Plus an added 153.35 for accured interest as of sept 2015 (excuse me? again no dollar sign?). This company is a scam tying to say they are YP but on their invoice there is no YP listed anywhere!Desired Settlement: Do not contact us again. This is a scam. Take our number off your list and stop scamming others!

Review: In 2007 we had an employee that had authorized on line advertising. I settled and paid the amount due and told [redacted] and Online Services to NEVER call my company again, We do not advertise online. On around September 2014 we received a call from [redacted] (Online Services) saying we had a bill that was about to go to collections. We had know idea we had a bill as we didn't receive one in the mail, he then faxed me a copy. [redacted] told me the bill was for online advertising for our company from Jan 2013 through March 2014 and there was a outstanding bill in the amount of $826.80. I then asked for the name or to listen to a recording of the person that authorized this charge. He ([redacted]) couldn't provide either, and he said he would call back. In October 2014 I tried to call [redacted] back the phone number he provided and is on invoice was disconnected. [redacted] called me back in December 2014 and again I told him our company wants nothing to do with [redacted] and we do not advertise online and asked again to listen to the recording of the person that authorized the charges, he then said he would call me the following week with the recording. I never received the call back. On Jan [redacted] 2015 I got a call from a collection agency (phone number ###-###-####) saying we had a bill for $826.80 from [redacted] Online Services. I told the lady my story and said I wanted to know again who authorized the charge. She just kept telling me I owed the amount and wouldn't let me continue to explain. On Jan ** 2015 a lady called from collections (unknown number) and said if I don't pay the amount due, they would take me to court. I told her to send me the court papers certified mail.Desired Settlement: I would like this so called bill to go away and for [redacted] Online Services to never contact me again.

Review: I received a call today from an [redacted] saying that we needed to pay our final bill because they were advertising our business. I never signed up for this company to advertise our business. I believe that this is a scam and these need to be stopped! No one within this company asked or signed up for this so called advertisement. The pricing is outrageous too, over $900.00 in fees. For what? We never gained anymore business because of this so called advertisement and I refuse to pay because myself nor anyone else within the company authorized this!Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to stop contacting my company about these so called advertisements.
