They contacted me by phone and lied about thier Revdex.com rating as well as thier abilities to produce a custom lead capture website.
They took full payment from me of $6,800. and did not deliver to me the website that was promised. They also falsely misled me by taking me to a diffrent business and showed me a Revdex.com rating of A+ rating
which is very dishonest. They grossly overstated thier abilities when it came to completing my website they told me they would have me up and running in two weeks. Had I seen thier true Revdex.com rating and recently filed complaints. I never would have given them my credit card information. After struggling with them for 2!/2 months an not having my website complete I was forced to move on because at that point I knew they wern't going to deliver what was promised .
I've filed a dispute of charges with ***. I would like them to give me my money back. It cost me time and money in delays
The first site which is primarily for advertising was $3690 purchased on 1-28-2019 was completely built on 2-7-2019. If you check where the site is positioned for each of your keyterms, you'll find that only 4 out of 20 have yet to be placed on ***. With Yahoo and Bing doing much better.
The second site which you purchased on 1-31-2019 for $2885 goes through a longer revision process to make sure that all of your requested design tweaks are done how you want. The first draft of the site was finished on 2-14-2019. After weeks of revisions, we completed a complete redesign of the site on 2-28-2019 as you requested which began the next round of revisions. We still require your IDX information if we are to implement this on your site.
As for the Revdex.com rating, our rating has been the same for a great deal of time and the business names are quite clear as to avoid confusion.

The 3600 dollars for supposed advertising was never utilized because the website was never completed. The website had no lead capture abilities, which was discussed right from the beginning was a priority. Nothing was ever put in writing what was being provided and the site was not completed within the timeframe agreed to. Nothing was done according to what I had requested. The whole process was difficult right from the beginning the communication I was promised with the development team was non existent. I said I wanted a design with a coastal appeal which I did not get.Real Estate websites are designed to capture leads with the ability to communicate with potential customers. The IDX information was provided on several occasions and never added. I was promised a website in two weeks and after two months it still was not finished or remotely close to what I had requested.
Please log into your account and you'll see that the site you paid $3690 for has not only been up, but is ranking fantastically on the major search engines Google, Yahoo, and Bing. It also not only displays your phone number and email clearly and in multiple spaces, but also has a capture form.
We've gone through all our records and there is nothing that displays any IDX information. If you send it over, our design team will have it added asap!

Can you please tell me under what web address the site is currently hosted? Because you never purchased the domain name we had agreeded so not sure how how its posting, and I certinaly have not recieved any business as a result.

The custom domain that you wanted hosted on louisesellsnewburyport.com is owned by you which is why we needed the information to either log into your account where the domain is so we can update the DNS or you could attempt to make the changes yourself so the site points to the site that we had built for you.
However, the site is very much up, but waiting on your intervention to get it onto the domain that you preferred!
No stars! I spoke with them for 1 1/2 hours! When I said call me back next week, I wanted to do due diligence and check them out this guy got pushier and pushier. I told him that I did not succumb to high pressure sales tactics and didn't appreciate being told this offer is only available now! Two spots for 10 search phrases, 4 spots for 20 search phrases and that they had only chosen 4 Realtors in my area (Fort Lauderdale) to contact. He insisted that it was an incredible opportunity that I shouldn't have any hesitation about. He definitely was not going to let me think about it or call me back. I finally hung up on him! He was a motormouth who would not stop for you to ask or say anything. I don't trust any company that calls and insists you make a decision the first time they've called you! Seems to me like it's basically a call center who transfers "Live" leads to a desperate salesman.
I spoke to woman who CALLED ME and then she transferred me to a man who was very rude, insulting and arrogant. He sounded like a used car salesman and insulted me and was very pushy. When I told him I didn't have any money, he actually told me that wasn't true. I ended the call while he was laughing at me and saying that I was stupid to pass this opportunity up. They literally wasted 20 minutes of my life while belittling me at the same time. VERY poor business!!!! I don't care how much business you think your company generates for your clients, treating people like that who you are trying to get business from is just plain dumb! They'll never have my business for sure! Please warn others!
Well, I must say, that I am extremely impressed with the results I have gotten so far. I was going to wait awhile longer before writing a review but I have been with this company only 3 months and cant believe the amount of leads that are picking up the phone and actually calling me. I have acquired More listing in the last 3 months with this company then I did total last year, Thank you BWD and your amazing staff for actually holding up the promises you've made.
Thanks to BWD! About a month ago we had a person contact us after searching Realtors in Oklahoma City. He came across our website, liked what he saw and hired us to sell his $3.7million dollar listing!!!! The home is 2.5 hours away from our market, but he wanted an Oklahoma City Realtor and after reviewing several websites from our market, he chose us!!!! So I just wanted to say 'thank you' for making us look like rock stars here in Oklahoma City
According to the company I signed up for two different programs each being $2495.00 One program was to develop phrases that would put me to the top of search engines. The other was for a website that has never gone live since July, 2018. In speaking with the customer service department I was told that I agreed to both. I asked for copies of the contract and am currently waiting for those. I do see where the phrases they created were published however, have not lived up to what they said they would do. They claim that I have to continue to have them out there and then as time goes on the response would be better. It has already been 8 months. So not only did I pay $2495 there is a $19.95 charge. I was told that the website was developed and was waiting for my approval. They claim they called and left a message in November, which is a long time from July. There was no attempt to contact me by email. I do not recall ever receiving that call. I feel the cost of the website of another $2495 should be refunded to me. It has been 8 months and it has never gone live. On top of all of that the website address they had created is already assigned to me on my current website.
I would appreciate anything that you could do to recover my $2495 and stop all future payments.
Refund I would like a refund on the website that was supposedly designed, however according to the company never went live since last July.
We have built your custom website which is live, however, based on your call on March 26th, you agreed that you hadn't looked at the site. If you provide us the changes you'd like to be made, we can move forward and have the site pushed out on the domain name that you would prefer. If you would like us to buy a domain, we can move forward that way as well!
The recurring fees for maintenance have been cancelled after that call on the 26th.
The contact on March 26th, you also requested that we not call you. Your call on April 9th also received where we attempted to get updates for the site.
Just closed my 1st deal using the program. Client went to *** and found my website on the 1st page. When they got to my site they did a search for the value of their home and filled out my inquiry form and when I called them back, they allowed me to list and sell their property. Thanks BWD.
Phenomenal Service. After many years in business and many failed advertising experiences it was a breath of fresh air to find a company who actually delivers what they promised. I was nervous in the beginning as it seemed to good to be true, but 6 months later and I've actually dropped all of my other marketing programs as I no longer need them. I am happy to report that I just renewed my service for a 12 month stint and am excited to continue to see my business grow. My Agents and my Family thanks you Business Website Developers.
This company never completed the work expected but was continually providing excuses. There was a lot of peer pressure during the sale and I was promised a lot of work to be completed within 15-20 days. Such as page 1 representation for search engines that linked to my current splash page until my new website was ready, a website that I could edit and that met my compliance, training for my new website, a blog, a YouTube channel, LinkedIn, FB, IG, and more. NONE of it happened. None of it was completed by day 47. DO NOT sign up. They show Revdex.com general site not the site for their state of NV. If you are peer pressured into this scam..... call your ccard company and GET OUT!!!!!
No stars! Lots of promisses they do not deliver! Spent my time getting my website that worked fine to get domain so they could developer me one and never got it going could never get a email response always got voicemails when called with no returned calls. Out thousands of dollars with this scam to get you on top of *** for 6months and then come tell you they need to make you a website to make it work. Should have known it was too good to be true so now stuck paying and wasted my precious time and now have no website that was attached to all my marketing already!
NO STARS! The staff at Business Website Developers are rude and indifferent. This company has no interest in customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them...in fact, if the call you, run....run far and fast.

Received call from call center in *** and requested manager. Manager hung up on me twice without providing company information.
I received a call from a telemarketer on my personal cell phone which is on the national DO NOT CALL REGISTER. I requested a manager who told me they work for BWD out of *** then hung up. I called again and found out it was a call center for Business Website Developers out of ***. I again requested to speak with a manager and got the same person from before. He said he didn't have time and hung up. I would like the name of the individual and to speak with the regional manager in *** where they call from. This manager needs to be removed from his position immediately. Complete disrespect for a disabled combat veteran and refused to give any of his information to send a formal complaint.

I purchased a premiere search engine hosting & custom website development package for over $6,000 in full, with a promise that it would be online within 4 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and the web developer didn't show for our last 2 scheduled appointments. Now that I have asked for a full refund, they won't return my calls or emails.

What does "up" mean. I have not authorized the website to be live. Before the business stood me up on 3 consecutive appointments, I had submitted many changes to their first draft of a customized website, but have not seen it since. It is my understanding that they have run analytics on the search engine marketing and we were scheduled 3 times to review those analytics and website changes so they could link the website & search engine together somehow, but again, they did not attend the meetings and do not have my final signed authorization for a live website. In my last conversation with them, they assured me the my time has not started and will not start until I'm satisfied with the site. That has not happened. I was not aware of the no-refund policy (verbally or written) until AFTER you required me to sign the work orders/contracts.
Your campaign website is live as was part of your initial talk with our sales representatives. Once you approved the keyterms that we were to start ranking on, we built the site as soon as possible to get your advertising started!
Your custom website that you bought afterwards is up on the temporary URL that we sent you. While the site is up and available for anyone with the link to see it, it is not yet finalized on *** until you approve it and the DNS is updated.
We actually have records of having done multiple revisions to the first draft. The last one having been done on January 7th.
The no-refund policy is in the terms and conditions on the same order form that you filled out.
I was contacted by this company to promote a small in home business to supplement my income. I was offered services but no received in 8 of 18.
In August of 2018 I received a lump sum settlement from SSI and started a small at home business to help supplement my SSI disability.
Shortly after starting my business, I was contacted by a sales rep named Mark representing a company called Business Website Developers. Mark went over how the BWD company could assist me in connecting with internet leads utilizing a key word search program. Mark, who initially warmed me up to the company's service. After showing my interest, I was than transferred to Damien the owner (?) and Damien proceeded to share that his company could assist me as I have a small business that helps supplement my income, with key word phrases which in total consisted of 20 key words. I paid on 8/24/2018 check number *** in the amount of $3390. Damien asked I take a photo of the check, this was about 10 PM EST, and text the photo of the check. When I woke up on 8/25, as a matter of routine I ALWAYS CHECK MY *** ACCOUNT, and to my amazement the check had cleared! I had second thoughts and called *** to stop payment and was told it cleared and it was too late. I contacted Damien (***) to ask for a refund as I had a bad feeling. He said there was a NO REFUND policy and tried to persuade me his company could help me and would get the results I was promised the night before.
Further I was promised a Welcome Package with the terms. This has not been received.
As of this date the key words are not appearing with a link to my name as promised (all 20).
My contact person, Will, has promised dozens of times, verbally and email, this was being corrected. I still have no key words or welcome package. Will did say there was a 6 month guarantee, I am waiting for 2/24, but am not counting on it.
About a week after speaking to Damien I was contacted by the same sales rep Mark to introduce to yet another service. This time to build a customized website. SO, I sadly chose to move forward and paid check number *** on 9/7/2018 for $1995. The photo of the check happened again.
In vain, I have tried to resolve this matter. I have been more than patient and feel this isa SCAM.
I am asking for a complete refund of my money totaling $5385.
I pray this can be resolved by the Revdex.com. If not I will HONESTLY call the *** show to see if they would be interested.
I have copies of my checks and are available upon request.

Currently, out of your 20 key phrases, you're actually ranking on *** on all but 2 of them! Those being "***" and "***". 15 of them are on the first page with the other 3 somewhere between pages 2 and 5.
The sites we built for you are*** which are both still active.
As for your welcome packet, we actually have record of sending you two with *** certified mail and a tracking number to make sure that it got to you safely at *** and ***.
Please note this IS NOT resolved. When I contracted with BWD I paid for 20 keywords to appear nationwide and on all 3 major search engines (***). While a few of these key words apply in SPECIFIC areas it IS NOT NATIONWIDE as promised. I have contacted the *** Attorney General's Office and received a response on my case. They are conacting said business to see if mediation is an option. This will be resolved in the courts sadly. This is not resolved until my refund has been issued.
As far sa the development of my website, this has been done BUT it is not linked to the key words as paid for.
This company is a SCAM ARTIST. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Your keywords do target a range of different places across the nation from ***. This, however, does not stop your advertising from being displayed to the world based on words contained in the site. As the site performs better and better, this gives more domain authority and page authority which makes different combination of words on the site have a broader reach.
All of your keyword pages do link back to the other site you had us build in multiple areas including: your profile picture, the large button below the content, the logo, and the top navigation bar.
Signed up for there service one week ago and have been satisfied with everything thus far that has taken place. The company takes your best interest to heart , they want to make sure that you're successful with there program they really go in depth when it comes to making sure that your at the top of the search engines for phrases that people are actually typing in. Just in one week alone I have received 15 leads to my website with over 800 site visitors! Thank you Business Website Developers.
